The competition takes place with electronic vests Daedo the brand and is the
responsibility of the athletes to acquire the protections feet of that mark,
authorized by the WTF.

The competition takes place with normal vests, participants

Be open to all clubs with one or more female and male athletes per category, all
athletes must be federal, with valid insurance and be in possession of their
identity.

Details of Arbitration
The rules to be used in the competition are the new rules WTF except for the
following cases.
It is not allowed to kick the head through the ranks Benjamin and Children.
Benjamin, Kids and Cadets - Each fight will be three rounds of 90 seconds with
30 seconds rest.
Junior and Senior - each fight will be three rounds of two minutes with 1 minute
rest.
Disciplinary Actions
May only have access to weighing previously registered
registered athletes and fulfilling all
the required conditions.
There will be no weight allowance. Incorrect weight or not attend to weigh
implies disqualification.
The team that does not have a proper behavior during the Open by athletes or
coaches will be disqualified.

delegate accept responsibility statement which is annexed to this Regulation.
Registration will only be considered valid by sending:
• From the table in Excel that have attached;
• The payment for participation in the competition is emailing the proof.

1st deadline until 19 April 2014:

The registration fee is 10 € per athlete (Cadets, Juniorss and Seniors)
The registration fee for athletes ATLX is € 8 enrolled at the season
2013/2014.

Health care
The Recreational Union of Mercês (União Recreativa das Mercês) will provide
the medical facilities to conduct the Open safely.
Omissions
In case of any extraordinary situation happen and this may not be contained in
this Regulation or by arbitration, the same shall be settled by a committee
composed
mposed of the director of arbitration and two members to be appointed by the
race organization.

STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
The club / school that participates in the International Open Taekwondo of
Sintra. states that:
1. Acknowledged and accepted the full contents of the Rules of this event
2. To register athletes through the Club that represent, I made sure that they
meet the necessary conditions for such participation.
3. It is the responsibility of the delegate team, all acts performed by athletes and
members of the entourage,
entourage accidents extra competition,, as well as monitoring
the injured in hospital situations not classified as a medical emergency athlete.
4. The information contained in the registration form is the responsibility of the
delegates of the team.
