environment by absorbing body heat into their chemical cells. Comfortable and easy to wear.

Cooling Product Directions Our cooling products are safe, durable, and easy to use!
Charging them. Place each product flat in a refrigerator or freezer. When the clear liquid in each cell becomes a
white solid it is fully charged. This takes between 20 and 60 minutes depending on the product and the refrigerator
temperature. For fastest charging avoid stacking products on top of each other.
If you’re really in a hurry you can submerge the products in ice water. However, if your product has a fabric
surface wrap the product in a plastic bag to keep the fabric dry. The product will charge right through the plastic bag
in just a few minutes.
Wearing them. The products are safe, so you can place the cooling cells directly against your skin. You may be more
comfortable wearing a light fabric under the products, but keep the products as close to the skin surface as possible. For
the best cooling effect adjust any straps until the product is comfortably snug, providing maximum contact with the skin.
Cleaning them. Most products have two surfaces: polymer cooling cells and a Velcro-loop fabric. Clean the cooling
cells using a disinfectant spray and a soft cloth. Clean the fabric with a light solution of dish soap or shampoo; do
not submerge the fabric in any liquid because that will damage the loops and harm the Velcro’s ability to hold the
adjusting straps.

Merchandise Return Policy
We try very hard to process every shipment to the
exact specifications of the customer, yet we understand
customers do have occasional problems with mail-order
goods. If you experience difficulty with the size, fit or
quality of an item purchased from our office contact us
immediately – before wearing or using the item!
ALL product returns must be accompanied by a
copy of the purchase invoice. All return items must be
received by Gerry Davis Sports in new, saleable condition
& unworn, unwashed and unused with all manufacturer
tags intact and all packaging included. We do not
accept return of customized merchandise. If you order
embroidery, numbering or other modifications please be
certain of your size.
If the original shipment was packed accurately
– product, size and color ordered – the customer is
responsible for return shipping charges and, in the case
of an exchange, for new outgoing shipping charges.
Product returns and exchanges must occur within 30
days of the original shipping date.
Merchandise Warranty
Gerry Davis Sports warrants the products delivered
will be those described in this catalog (or an updated,
modified or replacement item provided by the original
manufacturer) unless the customer is advised of a
change or substitution before the date of shipment. In
addition, all items will be free of manufacturing defect.
In the event you believe a product purchased directly
from our office suffers from a manufacturing defect,
contact our customer service department IMMEDIATELY
for instructions. Normal wear and tear or damage
through use does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
IF YOU ALTER AN ITEM, EVEN IN AN ATTEMPT TO
REPAIR IT, YOUR WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VOID!
Defective products must be returned within 60 days of
the original shipping date.
Prior approval is needed before returning an item you
think may be defective. We must receive and inspect
the defective item before we can issue a replacement.
If we deem the article defective we will refund your
shipping up to $7.00.
Special Orders
Some catalog items are available in special order
sizes. There is an additional charge of $10.00 on all
special orders and they are NON returnable.
