If you are interested in getting more information about credit-by-exam, please contact the school counselor, Danielle Trump, at 281-463-5393 no later than Friday, November 27, 2015. Additional information may be obtained through the district website: cfisd.net Departments Curriculum & Instruction General Information Elementary Credit-by-Exam Testing RSVP for Holiday Parties For the safety of our students, we are asking that everyone pre-register for the holiday parties. This allows us to “check in” all visitors for our party day prior to the day to save all some time. Visitors who have not pre-registered will need to wait in line to check-in at the front office. Please keep in mind the system is very slow and may take a while, which could result in your being late to or missing the party. Once you have pre-registered, we will send your name tag home on the Thursday before the party. Please wear your name tag and enter through the front doors. All pre-registered visitors will wait in the cafeteria until party time. Please note that if you lose your sticker, or don’t have it for any reason whatsoever, you will have to stand in line in the office to check in with your license in hand. We will be limiting the number of visitors for each student to 2 people; who these people are is the choice of each child’s parent or guardian. RSVP forms were sent home last Thursday. If you need another, have your student visit the front desk. McFee Elementary Holiday Party Guidelines December 18, 2015 1. If a child is reported absent for the day, he/she cannot come to the school to attend the party or for any other reason. 2. Once a child is checked out of school for the day, they cannot come back to our school or campus. 3. Children who attend middle school, high school or any other elementary school (inside or outside our district) and have been dismissed, checked out of their own school or who were not in attendance at school that day will not be allowed to attend any of McFee’s parties. 4. No outside food can be brought to the party. The only food allowed will be that brought in and/or coordinated by the school. 5. Party bags for any reason and/or individual gifts for other students may not be brought to school to be distributed. 6. All visitors must enter the building through the front doors and sign-in at the indicated spots. 7. Any students checked out after their grade level party will be checked out in the classroom.
