Food & Beverage Services
Double JJ Resort offers a complete selection of food & beverage items to compliment your event. To ensure safety & comply with state & local health regulations,
Double JJ must provide all food & beverage. Our printed menus are only a beginning to what we can offer. Your Sales Manager will be happy to work with you to
design a custom menu for your group or event.
Guarantees
In order to provide you & your guests with the best service, a final guarantee count is due three days prior to your meal event. The guarantee is the minimum
amount that will be billed for your function. If no guarantee is received the number on the Event Order will be used as the guarantee. Double JJ will be prepared
to serve 5% over the guarantee for all food functions. If more guests are served than your guarantee, you will be billed for the actual number served.
Outdoor Functions
To determine if your event should be moved inside based on weather, your Sales Manager & you will decide at least four hours in advance of the function.
Signs, Banners, & Displays
No signage may be nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to walls or other parts of the building. Group signage to be used in public areas must be
approved by your Sales Manager. The resort will assist in hanging all banners & signs in functions rooms at a charge of $15 per banner.
Security
Double JJ Resort does not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any equipment or property left in an unsecured function room, public area, or outdoor
venue. If you need security, your Sales Manager can assist in arranging that prior to your event. Some events may require a security deposit/security fees.
Resort Transportation
We offer a complimentary resort shuttle that operates on an “on-call” basis. The shuttle is available for all resort guests.

The resort will accept shipments no more than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. All package shipments should include the following information & be

Conference Facilities
JJ Frontier
Located on the northern edge of our property, the JJ Frontier is the home of two buildings that have space for meetings, group functions, & family gatherings.
The Sundance Building is breathtaking with its tall timbers & two story windows overlooking Carpenter Lake & the Thoroughbred Golf Club. There are four
conference rooms to suit your needs. The lower level consists of the Maverick Room & the Wyatt Room, which can be connected. The upstairs Mustang Room is
perfect for board meetings of up to 20 people. The Sundance Balcony overlooks the restaurant & is available for informal gatherings and semi-private dining.
The Gold Rush Waterpark Building is a part of our newest addition with three meeting rooms located on the upper level above the indoor waterpark:
the Wild West Room which overlooks the waterpark, the Posse Room which overlooks the Thoroughbred Suites, & the Pecos Pete Room, the largest of the
meeting spaces in this building.
The Back Forty
Located on the southern edge of our property, this facility offers your group a unique experience. Surrounded by an Old West Town, this meeting space offers
groups the perfect retreat. The Jesse James Room holds up to 80 people & is adjacent to the Dancehall. The Dancehall is also available at select times & dates for
meetings, group functions, & family gatherings. It can hold up to 300 people in its casual western setting.
Original JJ Ranch
For over 70 years, the Ranch has provided guests a touch of the Old West. The Wagon Wheel building overlooks Big Wildcat Lake & is complete with a massive
redwood beam ceiling, cedar plank walls, & wood floor. It is fully equipped with a stage, lighting, & sound equipment.
Outdoor Settings
Located throughout the Double JJ Resort, there are numerous settings for large corporate picnics, rodeos, festivals, weddings, & day use programming.
The Steak Site, located on beautiful Carpenter Lake at the JJ Frontier, can be accessed via horseback or haywagon, and accommodates up to 125 people.
The Family Barbeque Site, located in the Back Forty, is an easy five-minute walk from Town Square & accommodates up to 175 people. We are at your service.
Let us assist you with all of your plans. All of our facilities can be set up to accommodate your group’s needs. Let our Convention Services Team know what you
will need during your stay.
Maverick Lawn is located behind the Sundance Steakhouse, just outside the Wyatt & Maverick meeting rooms. The lawn overlooks Carpenter Lake & the
Thoroughbred Golf Course.
Corporate Corral is located next to the Pro Shop, overlooking the Thoroughbred Golf Course. A backdrop of a large wagon wheel window provides a picture
perfect setting.
