You’ve probably heard by now that we have added some new attractions to Fall Fest this
year to appeal to some of our older students, but did you know that we have 12 student
groups participating in Fall Fest this year? Please come out and visit these booths to
show your support for all of these great student organizations:
MINGO: Try your hand at Math Bingo – Organized and run by the Math Club
SCI-FI PASSWORD: Work with a partner to guess the sci-fi related word without
using key words as clues – Organized and run by the Sci-Fi Club
HAUNTED HOUSE: Created, organized, and run by the Middle School Film Club
PLANT AND SEED SALE: Green up your environment while supporting Project
Green
PHOTO BOOTH: Come take some fun and goofy photos – Organized by the Year
Book editors
DROWNING PREVENTION BOOTH: Come learn how to keep your kids safe in the
water – Organized by the 9th grade girls as a service project
CONCESSIONS: Come fill your belly and help student groups at the same time.
1. HAMBURGERS AND HOTDOGS - Run by Football and Cheer to help purchase
equipment and a new score board
2. DRINKS – Run by 11th and 12th graders going to Washington, D.C. for the
Presidential Inauguration
3. BAKE SALE – Run by the Navigators to help pay for Mix-it-Ups
4. CHOCOLATE COVERED FRUIT – Run by the Prom Committee to help cover the
costs of prom
5. NACHOS AND PICKLES – Run by National Honor Society
6. COTTON CANDY – Run by the Soccer Club to help purchase uniforms and
equipment.








How the Silent Auction Works





Come to Fall Fest at the Kramer Campus on Saturday November 3rd, opening at 11am. The
auction will be inside the gym.
Use the bid sheets in front of the items you like to record your contact information and to
place your bid.
Check back if you can to make sure you are still the top bidder.
The auction will close at 2:30pm and the highest bidder gets to buy the item (cash or check
please) and take it home.
However, you do not need to be present to win. If you are not present the auction
committee will contact you later and arrange for you to pick-up and pay for your item(s) at
the school (cash or check please).
8TH – 12TH GRADES
