Bar - it has it all. Replacement channed for improved approach angle, large diameter raised centre
section to accommodate driving lights and engineered for installation of most low mount winches.
Additional ADR approved indicator and park lights and attractive bumperettes enhance the bar. Driving
light and aerial mounts are standard. Every bar is sand blasted, pretreated with a zinc phosphate to
prevent rusting and polyester powdercoated in black.

TJM ROOF RACK

These fully welded, tried and proven TJM Roof Racks are
available in steel or aluminium to suit the Land Rover Discovery.
The full length support rails are contoured to distribute load
evenly over the length of the roof gutter and are attached by
TJM’s positive 2 way stainless steel clamping system with strips
for protection of the vehicles paintwork. Steel Racks, after
phosphate washing, are finished in a black polyester powdercoat,
while the lightweight corrosion free aluminium racks are finished
in solatex or black powdercoat.
PRECAUTION
• Do not exceed vehicle manufacturers specified
roof load.
• Suitable, safe load will vary depending on
driving conditions.
• To maintain a lower centre of gravity, load
heavier objects in the vehicle; and light bulky
items on the roof rack.
• Evenly spread the load over the roof rack floor.
• Securely fasten all objects in the roof rack.
• Do not use elastic straps.

The electric winch range can easily be fitted into any winch
compatible bar and features a positive braking mechanism to
prevent the winch from allowing a vehicle to slide back down
a hill when the user is not engaging the winch. Each winch
includes cable, winch controller and roller fairlead as standard.

The power and strength of the TJM 10,000lb Hydraulic Winch
is harnessed through the vehicle’s hydraulic system. The
unique solenoid valve overides the winching function should a
change in steering direction be required. The hydraulic system
allows the winch to operate for extended periods under load,
providing constant and smooth recovery power. The patented
two-speed TJM winch allows for fast rope retrieval on onespeed while the other speed provides strong recovery capacity.

and Shock Absorbers, the Polyair Spring further assists in solving
suspension problems and greatly improves handling, ride height
and stability of your vehicle. A pressure increase of between 5 to
25psi will give a load increase of between 10 to 60%.
