The Eastbay 49 is an elegant hard top express with a long foredeck and traditional Downeast styling. She is
built on a modified deep V-hull with a short keel and prop pockets for a reduced draft. She offers a two
stateroom two head layout as well as a spacious galley and large dinette. The spacious helm deck offer the
crew plenty of seating with port and starboard side bench seating as well as U-Shaped seating around a
large Dinette / Cocktail table. Additional features include extra wide side decks for easy access to her bow,
Transom door to access the teak hydraulic swim platform as well as mezzanine style seating in the cockpit.

As you step on board you will find a very spacious teak cockpit with aft facing bench seating. Going forward
onto the helm deck you will find it provides a comfortable area for relaxing and entertaining. There is an Lshaped settee and teak table aft as well as Port and Starboard bench seating. Going below decks there is a
large U-Shaped dinette with a teak table to starboard with her galley to port. Continuing forward on the port
side is the guest stateroom with twin berths, opposite is a second full-size head and shower. Forward you
will enter the master stateroom with separate head and enclosed shower. The master stateroom has storage
cabinets on either side of the island queen berth, three large custom drawers at the foot of the berth as well
as a hanging locker aft to starboard. The guest stateroom offers twin bunks with storage underneath as well
as a small hanging locker. Both the master and guest heads are Vacuflush freshwater toilets with holding
tank. Other features include teak and holly flooring throughout her cabin, flat screen TV's in both
staterooms, storage cabinets and drawers as well as in-deck storage compartments.
