INTRODUCTION
.Your new 100 cc Pitts-s12 ARF is a highly aerobatic airplane. It is capable of both precision3-D maneuvers.
.The aircraft builds easily, quickly, and precisely due to its state of the art CAD design, LASER cut technology, and outstanding
hardware included.
.Great care has been taken in both the design and manufacturing of the 50cc Pitts-s12 allow for the strongest and lightest
construction possible. Only the highest quality materials from covering, paint, wood and hardware have been used in the
construction of this model.
.The 100 cc Pitts-s12 ARF has been individually hand built, covered and painted by trained experienced craftsmen with over 10
years of manufacturing experience. Using CAD design, laser technology and jig-built assures accuracy in all stages of production.
.The 100 cc Pitts-s12 ARF is designed for gas engines in the 100-150 cc category.
. The aircraft was tested with the DA-120 engine and has outstanding performance.
.The final choice of engine is left up to the builder. A computer radio is recommended allow the pilot to take advantage of the full
capabilities of this aerobatic aircraft, Servos using 9KGS up power is recommended.

Inventory and inspect all parts and hardware for any imperfections damage. Please notify
CHMODEL immediately if there are missing or damaged parts.

(M) For fix muffler of engine, match nylon lock strip
AILERON ASSEMBLY
Mix epoxy in mixing cup and use a tapered stick to apply the epoxy inside the pre-drilled holes in the leading edge of the aileron .
Apply epoxy to trailing edge of each hinge. Ensure there is no gap between wing and aileron
Note: all the hinges of turn shaft center must be make a line, ensure they move easy. If no will hurt servo when start working.
Servo arm using screws install on the plate.
For safe must using screw glue with them.
The ball link install on the servo arm of side.
Bottom using M3 locknuts fix it
For safe in flying time, please using a metal wire ties the connect line with servo line. And that put in wing inside.
Another side of servo wire by string pull-pull into fuselage.
For save install times, all the assemble hole was drilled by factory. It is according standard servo to making.
According advice please using 9KGS power of standard servo, and using Phillips screwdriver install the servo at this
location. The control horn also using Phillips screwdriver installation at located. Must put some screw glue in there when finished.
If no, will be accident in flying time.
Bottom /Top wings of aileron control rod is 127.7mm(C-C) Note must put the screw glue to M3 luck nuts
Bottom wing of Locate pins is 75X6 mm for front, 90X6 mm in the back, the picture was showed.
Top wing of locate pins is 55mm for front/back. All locate pins install in middle wing, all is out 10mm with
the wings of section. All the locate pins must using Epoxy glue fix them.
LANDING GEAR/TAIL WHEEL ASSEMBLY
Landing gear install position of covering film was cut by manufactory, just according this located install screws as
well, this location installed M5nuts. But don’t forget put some screw glue. Note: L/R install way is same.
According the pic show, can find them in accessories package.
Adjust the wheel to pant of center with Wheel Collars fixation and plus screw glue.
Wheel pant by 2 screws fix on landing gear.
Tail wheel system installed by manufactory just according the located with screws fixation as well, very easy.
WINGS ASSEMBLY
Bottom wings part
It is bottom wing into this mount end, after with Nylon bolt in the fuselage side to fixation the bottom wing,
Note: L/R bottom wings same way to installation, servos lines via string bring into fuselage.
The side support stand need to installed the extend line of servo for top wing servo, top wing of servo line via bottom
wing into fuselage. Middle stand according pic of show to assemble, all the hole made weel in manufactory.
Top wings parts
First find these carbon sheet in accessories package, these carbon sheet as connect piece for two side top wing, again
they can as washer for the ALU support stand. They must be installation. If no, two side top wings can’t fix them.
ALU locate pins installation to middle wing, and bulge is 10mm, plus CA glue as well. 4 PCS is same installation
Middle wing fixation by 4 PCS M5X20 screws, please don’t forget put the washer with these screws. After need
plus Screw glue. It is necessary work.
Two side top wings via Carbon tube with middle joint, when fix them after with 4PCS M3x12 screws fixation.
Note: all the screws must plus screw glue, it is necessary work!!!!!
Servos wires with two side support of stand connect, Top and bottom same.
Top and bottom wings by 8 PCS ALU bolts fix. The stand installed nuts inside. Please plus screw glue with
these bolts
Note: The blots have different size, just looking above picture will help understanding.
TAIL PLANE ASSEMBLY
Horizontal Stabilizer with elevator all the pins of hole installed by manufactory.
The Horizontal middle part need cut out the covering film, it is need put some epoxy glue in here with fuselage
fix. Vertical Fin same way for fix to fuselage.
Elevator/rudder all the hinges using epoxy glue to fix. The hinges need plus a little oil in shaft here, this way the
Epoxy can’t fix the shaft. Note: all the hinges of shaft must installation a line, if no will infection running.
Vertical Fin and Horizontal Stabilizer fix by
Epoxy glue, but must according above picture of show,
measure detail after plus glue. A=A’
C=C’ B=B’
If not this work, this plane will get flakey flying
Elevator/Rudder servo Assembly
Elevator/Rudder control rod setup and length according above picture showing for
work as well.
Tall plane wires assembly
Vertical Fin and Horizontal Stabilizer was made well all the located hole for fix flying wires.
According above accessories of picture, can easy find these from bag, when fix all the wires need plus some glue
on the wire end of small ALU tube. Clevis must be install the rubber loop.
Tail wheel control system
T board using screws fixation on the rudder bottom, the hole install near shaft of rudder center.
Using two springs connect this board with the tail wheel control board together.
The receiver and battery fix by nylon fastener.
For the Engine of install, different engine is different size, customer can according fact size to measure, just take
the center line to start. The center line made from original design, and by laser write on.
Throttle servo of stand was made well by manufactory, it fix by glue and engine box here. But
will see carburettor of location can confirm, so this work by customer doing.
Fuel tank
This 50cc Pitts-s12 plane, just suggest 550cc fuel tank, and it is install to C/G near is better.
Power supply of switch
Have four locations for some switch, but covering film no cut, it by customer himself doing. It will see which
way to using switch quantity.
Canopy assembly
6 nuts installed in the catch, the canopy by 6pcs screws fix on fuselage. Canopy was painted in factory
C/G location
C/G of location is from top wing (middle part) of front measure 152-155mm. it is very importance form first
time flying.
The 50cc pitts-s12 is capable of any aerobatic maneuver. After you gain some confidence and
little experience flying the airplane you can cut loose and perform any maneuver you can
