The Personna DermaBlade® was developed
by Dr. Robert Segal, a prominent U.S.
dermatologist. He saw the need for a safe,
precise instrument to perform shave biopsies.
The DermaBlade is a flexible instrument with
MicroCoat® technology which allows the
blade to glide with smooth, clean precision.
This reduces tissue trauma for the patient.
DermaBlade was also designed with safety
in mind for both physician and patient. The
molded design provides a three-digit grip for
extra control and precision. Unlike doubleedge razor blades or other instruments,
each DermaBlade is individually packaged

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Terms & Minimum Order
Domestic: 2% - 20 days, Net - 31 days, with approved credit. Minimum $350 per shipping location.
International: Open terms available, with approved credit. Minimum $500 per shipping location.
Shipment/Freight
Applies to any single destination via surface transportation. Our routing.
Domestic: Freight prepaid for orders $350 or greater. F.O.B destination. Our routing.
Canada: Freight prepaid for orders $500 or greater. F.O.B destination. Our routing.
International: Freight prepaid for orders $500 or greater. F.A.S. port of shipment.
Return Goods Policy
No merchandise is to be returned without written authorization from our factory. If return is authorized, transportation charges must be prepaid and
goods will be accepted for credit subject to a service charge of 25%.
Packing
Customer appoints Energizer Personal Care (EPC) as its agent to give reasonable shipping instructions to shipper, additional costs for special routing
or handling shall be charged to customer. In no event will EPC ship less than its minimum standard package; smaller orders will be upgraded or
rejected at EPC’s option. All orders are subject to acceptance by EPC, events outside the exclusive control of EPC, and the terms and conditions of EPC’s
acknowledgment.
Credit
All credit sales are subject to approval by EPC.
Payment
Customer shall make timely payment for each delivery hereunder or EPC may, at any time and at its option, discontinue further delivery until payment has
been received. In the event customer fails to pay any amounts due to EPC, customer shall pay EPC’s costs and expenses incurred in collecting any such
amounts, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, if any.
Claims
All products shall be inspected by customer upon receipt and any claim for damaged or defective products shall be made in writing to EPC within 10 days
of receipt of products by customer.
Warranty
EPC warrants that the products shall conform to current specifications for the products and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship when
used by customer for their normal, proper and intended use. For the sole purpose of bringing our eligible customers within section 303(c)(2) of the Food
and Drug Act, EPC further warrants that when delivered to the shipper the product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of said
act. Except for the express warranties set forth above, EPC makes no other representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the products,
including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customer’s sole remedy under the express warranties
set forth above shall be to receive replacement products or a credit in the amount of customer’s original purchase price.
Pricing
All orders will be billed at EPC’s prices prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of all sales, excise
and other taxes, customs duties, and other like charges, all of which shall be paid by customer. If raw material costs increase more than 5% in a given
period, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
