22nd Masonic District of The Grand Lodge of Ohio Leadership Event #1 January 23, 2016 - 9:00-11:30 a.m. Collinwood Lodge, 27271 Tungsten Rd, Euclid, Ohio, 44132 Join the 22nd Masonic District Leadership Team for the first of four Leadership Meetings offered in 2016! Attendees will: 1) Gain best practices for preparing for a lodge inspection – make your 2016 inspection the best ever! 2) Learn about three Grand Lodge awards programs – rally your lodge around continuous improvement. 3) Enjoy a presentation about “Esoteric Masonry and less mainstream areas of the fraternal society” – interesting and thought provoking. 4) Gain topic ideas for a “More Light” event at your lodge – create an event that will inspire the brethren. 5) Participate in a facilitated discussion about “2B1ASK1 – the role of member retention and recruitment” – gain insight into how lodges can reverse the negative membership trend.
