NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Four (4) 2016 and one (1) 2013 Police Utility Explorers are to be fitted with the listed equipment. Upfitting for the 2013
vehicle should be reduced in price as it will only have four items installed on it. (See last 4 lines of spreadsheet) Bids should include shipping and
upfitting. Should any extra items be needed to install this order, please advise what extra(s) are needed and the cost of extra(s) on your bid.
