CONCLUSSIONS :
™ Based on current Government Plan, Pertamina Geothermal will develop
an additional 670 MW of Geothermal energy in between 2012 and 2016
and will spend about 1.5 Billion US Dollar for investments
™ Some international finance institution has interest to finance PGE
PGE’ss
project under soft loan scheme. In 2011, PGE signed loan agreement with
World Bank and JICA for three project.
™ Geothermal Development Project scope of work is included EPC for
Steam Gathering System and Power Plant. It is an opportunity for EPC
Company to participate in these projects.
™ Private Power Partnership (PPP) would be established between the Public
Joint Venture Sector (Pertamina and local Government), and IPPs on the
Private Sector,
