Bus Trip! New York Botanical Gardens and Historic Bronx
Thursday, December 11th, Coach Bus leaves promptly from
Glenwood Landing American Legion Post 336 at 9:30am; returns at approx. 5:00pm.
Visit the NY Botanical Gardens, and watch in wonder as the trains weave in and out
of an amazing holiday exhibit made entirely out of plants, berries, and branches!
Enjoy lunch on your own on the famous Arthur Avenue, take a guided tour and learn
fascinating facts about the Bronx that you never knew!
Register early, seating is limited. Non-refundable fee of $54 per person, which
includes transportation, admission to Gardens and Trains and Tour of the Bronx, is

Registration begins Thursday, October 23 at 2PM for
Gold Coast Public Library residents. Registration for
non-residents begins one week later. Prior to each
program, registrants are contacted to confirm their
attendance. If attendance is not confirmed, the library
reserves the right to call the next person on the waiting list

scratch following a recipe. Then layers of wafers and
