This document was originally dated May 10, 2015. In the weeks that have past, God’s
plan has been refined. This presentation serves as a model for 60 realms. Detailed
plans have been made available online to groups who will be relocated.
Presentation, Mezzanine Plan, Walmart, Pompano Beach Branch Managers
I lived in New York City for over 20 years and moved to Wisconsin in 2003. I had never
seen a big box store and I remember feeling shocked when I saw the size of the
interior. Space is crowded in Manhattan, every square foot is carefully planned
and utilized. Walmart supercenters feel like airline hangars. This document
presents a plan to create a mezzanine around the perimeter to add space for
classes that promote the sale of Walmart products. Walmart has an excellent
craft department and the selection of fabric online (for sewing classes) is
exceptional.
New York City has an organization called the Learning Annex that offers adult
continuing education for a reasonable fee. There is nothing comparable in South
Florida (or, probably most other parts of the country). Authors and people who
feel they have an interesting topic or skill create a curriculum and make
proposals to Leaning Annex managers. The Learning Annex will add new classes
to their catalog and then let the public decide if a class is interesting. If a class is
popular, it stays in the catalog. Instructors split the fee with the Learning Annex.
The Milwaukee Public Market is housed in a space that has very high ceilings
like Walmart supercenters. Architects added a mezzanine around the perimeter
with a large public dining space at one end and classroom space along one long
wall of the structure. In the photos on the next page, you’ll see the the public
dining area at the far end of the market and a long balcony walkway that leads to
classrooms (mostly cooking classes).
Walmart sells one of the most highly rated sewing machines that has been
compared to a Swiss Bernina. It’s called a Janome. Go to YouTube, type in
Janome and you’ll see a large number of videos that reflect the amount of
consumer interest in this machine. God’s separation of realms will create a huge
demand for sewing classes (Asian clothing manufacturing is in Realm #8). As a
young girl, I took several classes at a Singer Sewing retail store and several
advanced classes from tailors who taught special topics such as how to alter a
pattern, how to line a suit and how to create bound buttonholes. Sewing is a vast
subject and there is an opportunity for Walmart to sell machines, fabric, and
notions. Classes also help decompartmentalize.
Knitting is also an example of a topic for classes. Knitting is so popular in
Wisconsin, there is a coffee shop in a suburb called Verona that shares space
with a yarn retailer. The shop is called Sow’s Ear. Classes are offered every night
and projects draw people into the coffee shop where knitters discuss project
ideas, or just socialize while they knit.
Example Class #1: Introductory Sewing
This beginner’s sewing class could use McCall's Pattern Rag Throw and Pillow
available in the Walmart catalog. Equipment and materials needed for this project (sold

Other Classes
Other beginner-level classes that would use similar equipment and supplies (based on
patterns available in Walmart’s online catalog) include:

Example Class #2: Introductory Knitting Using a Knitting Spool
Walmart sells a small plastic spool knitting loom that is based on wooden spool looms
used by children in the nineteenth century (using empty wooden spools that held
thread). The spool comes with a metal hook used to knit and a small plastic needle for
finishing projects. Spool looms create knitted tubes that can form pieces of very
advanced projects. Equipment and materials needed for this project (sold by Walmart)

Example Class #3: Introductory Knitting Using a Small Round Loom
Walmart sells a small plastic round loom that is easy for children to manage (easier than
knitting needles). Larger round looms can potentially replace knitting needles and adults
may be drawn to this type of knitting tool. Equipment and materials needed for this
project (sold by Walmart) include:

Example Class #4: Weave a Potholder Using a Square Loom
Walmart sells a small plastic square loom that has a history that dates back to the
1950s. Instructors may want to start a potholder class by showing a potholder weave
video narrated by Martha Stewart in a video on her Web site. Martha’s videos are not at
YouTube. You will need to search “Making Potholders with a Loom" at

Example Class #5: Measuring a Layout for a Permaculture Garden and
Preparing Soil
Two online layouts are available as samples for those interested in creating their own
permaculture garden:

This single acre project is a polygon that includes 12’ X 12’ plots. Walkways are 6’
wide. Homeowners and farmers can create walkways with nutrient-dense prairie
grass (for ruminant animals and chickens). Grass can also be used in walkways in
plants-only projects if gardeners need to build their garden in phases.
Notes: Ideally, grass should be planted after established plants are added to plots.
Rather than broadcast grass seed, purchase or rent a seeder that can plant grass
seed in rows (overseed with a few applications to attain a thick carpet of grass). A
single acre can support 2 goats and 30 chickens. Goats are extremely intelligent and
need interesting “playgrounds” to explore (with changes every 12 months). The
larger project described below includes a split level playground with playhouses and
ramps that can be accessed by goats, chickens and children. The split level
structure has deliberately been placed aware from the perimeter so goats cannot

Permaculture Demonstration Project

This larger demonstration project can support 6 goats and up to 70 chickens.
Farmers with larger dairy animals can use these numbers to scale for larger
operations. Read the notes in the Walmart demonstration project description for an
understanding of the order in which plants need to be planted.
This project includes 12’ X 12’ garden plots and walkways that are 6’ wide. The
playground is 48’ X 36’.
Measuring and Marking
This class is designed to teach methods of measuring and preparing the soil for your
garden. Instructors will need to show videos and answer questions rather than lead on
hands-on demonstration. Steps for measuring and marking include:
1. Dowse and mark the corners of the outer perimeter. Walmart’s U.S. Tape Nylon Clad

To mark the outer perimeter, use neon spray paint or small garden stakes to mark the
outer corners and the position of the playground. Larger, hub stakes are recommended

Soil Preparation
To grow high-quality grass, the entire rectangle (except for the playground) needs to be

Example Class #6: Raising Permaculture Plants from Seeds in a Wooden Planter
Most of the permaculture garden plants can be purchased as established plants. The
following plants need to be raised from seeds:

Dietes
Neem
Hyacinth Bean
This class introduces participants to two simple woodworking projects using a minimal
amount of wood. First, a sample wooden planter is built from wooden 5-gallon paint
sticks. Second. an outdoor, 3-tier A-frame plant stand is built to hold the wooden
planters.
A miter box can be used to cut wood if the class participants are young children and a
table saw can be used if the class participants are adults (see: materials list on the next
page).

3-Tier A Frame

Freestanding A-Frame Trellis
If permaculture project participants want to make knitted plant hangers (see:

Example Class #7: Raising Permaculture Plants from Seeds in Knitted Planters
The knitted plant hanger in this project is mentioned in Example Class #3: Introductory
Knitting Using a Small Roung Loom. A small round loom can produce a knitted tube that
can be secured at one end (similar to a doll hat), inverted and slipped around an empty
8 oz. Breakstone’s sour cream container. The Breakstone lid is a perfect size with a lip
that can act as a drainage tray in the bottom of the knitted hanger. Streamers for
hanging the plant hanger can be created with a crochet hook. A knot, or a metal key
chain ring can be used to hang the knitted hanger on a hook.

Freestanding A-Frame Trellis
An A-Frame Trellis designed for tomato plants adapted as a trellis for hanging knit plant
hangers is described in the wooden planter project. For the woodworkers, this is an
optional extra project that they can assemble for a group knitting plant hangers. See

Soil Contact, Moisture and Darkness for Seven to Fourteen Days
After you have planted seeds in soil, the small pots you use in your project will need to
be covered with lids (the tops of yogurt and sour cream containers) while the seeds
germinate. Small pots will also need holes in the bottom for drainage (see p. 20 in the
plant hanger PDF). I like to use a shot glass to measure the amount of water I add to
small pots so I don’t over-water. In Wisconsin, I watered every other day, but in Florida
you will need to water every day. Small little shoots will start to pop up out of the soil in
seven to fourteen days. While the lid is on the pot, you’ll only be able to take it off for
short periods (to water). Dowse to determine when it is ok to remove the lid.
Laminated Tags
Laminated tags will be used on wooden planters and knitted plant hangers (so everyone
can begin to learn the scientific names). Laminating equipment is in a list of materials in
the wooden planter class project.
Example Class #8: Building Trellises for the Permaculture Garden
Four of the permaculture garden’s plants are vines that need trellises:
Hyacinth beans (8 trellises)

It would be a good idea for the sign to say “ask for a list of classes at the coffee shop.”
2. When established plants arrive they will need to be planted.
3. In permaculture projects that contain grass walkways (with brick in a later phase),
grass will need to be planted (with a seeder) after established plants are added to
plots. Plants grown from seeds may need to be planted after grass is healthy and
thick enough to step on.
Example Class #9: Care and Maintenance of Plant Life in a Permaculture
Garden: Irrigation, Fertilizer, Weeding and Pruning
Plot irrigation can be accomplished with drip tape (See: Walmart’s Patio/Container Drip
Irrigation Watering Kit) but larger projects will need a traveling/portable irrigation system

The best natural fertilizer is seaweed that contains all of the minerals in the Periodic
Table of Elements. In South Florida, most cities along the coast clean beaches and put
seaweed in landfills. According to the Sun Sentinel, Fort Lauderdale is the only city that
composts seaweed to use as fertilizer. Excess seaweed can be composted, but
seaweed can also be added directly to garden plots. Walmart’s Jobes Easy Gardener
06028 50 Pack Organics Vegetable Fertilizer Spikes 2-7-4 are a next-best alternative.
Dowsing helps me to understand that mulch, which is used to block weed growth,
should not be used in the permaculture garden. Instead, God wants gardeners to dowse
to determine which weeds need to be removed. Dowsing helps me to understand that
95% of weeds are beneficial. In his presentations, book author and biological farmer
Gary Zimmer explains that dandelions are high in calcium and they appear in areas
where calcium is needed in the soil. Gary calls calcium the “trucker of all other
minerals.” I believe calcium is involved in a natural transmutation process (e.g. a
chicken does not eat enough calcium to account for the amount found in egg shells).

Pruning and Trimming
Use my preliminary draft created to learn scientific names as a check-list for planning
pruning and trimming tasks (See: http://articles.x10.mx/plants.pdf). Trees, vines, shrubs
and bushes will need to be pruned. Grass needs to be trimmed and the desired height
dowsed.

Once videos exist (promoting Walmart products), a class can combine a view of videos
and a walking tour. While it will be impossible for class participants to prune or trim,
instructors can lead tours to help new gardeners understand which tools to use and
where to trim or prune.
Example Class #10: Care and Maintenance of Goats in a South Florida
Permaculture Garden: Fence Selection for an Animal that Climbs and Diet
Dowsing helps me to understand that Earth’s alternative farmers who strive for highquality care of their animals are only 30% correct. While “free range pasture” is a good
idea, goats and chickens need animal protein. Goats need to be fed cooked eggs and

Fence Selection
The Huffington Post Goat’s Standing on Things and the Tumblr blog with the same
name provide an excellent introduction for this class (See links at http://

If you add goats to your permiculture garden, you will need to install a fence around the
perimeter. A woven wire, high tensile fence ia adequate. See: Best Fence for Goats,

Goats that are more intelligent than dogs. The class description for “Measuring and
Marking a Layout for a Permiculture Garden explain that goats need an interesting
environment so they do not get bored. Goats (and children) would both enjoy an
elevated playhouse. Example: Walmart’s Backyard Discovery Tucson Cedar Wooden
Swing Set. Plan to position this structure away from the perimeter so goats don’t use
the elevated playhouse platform to escape. Be nice to your goats and don’t leave them
alone (they need other goats and occasional human contact). They will call out for
companionship.
Pen and Bed
At night, you’ll need to put goats into a pen for safe keeping. A livestock pen or enclosed
kennel with at least 10’ X 10’ of space will be needed (for every 2 goats).

Inside the pen, use a Walmart Coolaroo Elevated Pet Bed with Breathable Fabric, Large
51.1"x 31.5" x 7.9" for each goat. As the goat grows, Walmart’s child-sized (or adultsized) cots can be used as comfortable beds that are off the ground. Example: Regalo

Water
Goats should be given Spring Water in a pet fountain designed for a large dog. See:
Walmart’s Aqua Fountain Aqua Falls Pet Fountain, 50 oz. The water should be changed
once-a-day and the fountain should be cleaned once-a-week. Six drops of Thyme
Extract should be added to new water. See: Walmart’s Thyme Extract Nature's Answer
1 oz Liquid.
Food
The nibbling goats do in gardens is called “browsing.” Although they eat some grass,
they prefer branches and leaves from woody vegetation. Dowsing helps me to
understand that a goat, beginning at age 2, needs to eat 6 eggs per day. Younger goats
need 3 eggs per day starting at 3 months.
Baked eggs and baked coconut custard are dowsed egg dishes. Walmart’s 10
Strawberry Street 13" x 9" Oval Baker, White can be used to bake 6 eggs. Once this
dish is cool to the touch, it is large and shallow enough to give to a goat. This baking
dish can also be used to bake egg coconut custard for goats. Use the baked custard

are excellent. Consumers who raise chickens will need the supplies presented on her

Joel Salatin’s Rotational Grazing and Mobile Chicken Coop
Alternative farmer Joel Salatin has popularized the concept of moving chicken coop
around on nutrient dense pasture for hens to have access to fresh grass. His
“eggmobile” at his Polyface farm in Virginia can be seen in the photo on the next page.
Omlet, the British manufacturer that makes backyard chicken coops, happens to have a
“Cube” model on wheels. Their product also features protective fencing that is “fox
proof” once the chickens are in their coop at night.
Omlet’s video on the Omlet site shows how the Cube system works and how easy it is
to clean. Omlet considers the size adequate for up to 10 chickens. Dowsing helps me to

In a permaculture garden with a fence around the perimeter, chickens can roam during
the day and then return to their coop (inside the secure Cube fence) at night.
To meet their need for animal protein, chickens need to eat worms that a vermiculture
system can provide. Worm Factory towers are an example of an easy-to-use system. A
permiculture garden with 70 chickens would need 12 vermiculture towers. For example,
red wigglers can be raised and fed empty egg shells, black tea bags and other suitable
kitchen scraps. A correct selection of kitchen scraps is described in this Hobby Farms
magazine video: http://www.hobbyfarms.com/hobby-farms-videos/vermicompostbin.aspx. Walmart customers who want to make their own vermiculture bins can
purchase the necessary supplies presented in the video. If you raise chickens from
baby chicks, they will be ready to eat worms at 3 months.
In a permaculture garden, vermiculture towers will need a hoop house that can also
provide a tall arch for stringing a chicken water nipple system for chickens (see notes in
the next section).
Water
Walmart sells most of the supplies needed to raise baby chicks. A few items in Martha
Stewart’s video (250 Watt Heat Lamp) may need to be purchased from other
companies. Walmart sells bell waterers (Happy Home Pet Products Feeder/Waterer For
Chickens) and chicken feeders (Miller Mfg Chicken Feeder Base - 1 Quart, Set of 3).
At three weeks, Spring water can be added to white plastic pails that have holes drilled
for “nipples.” Nipple water systems are the latest method for watering adult chickens.

Six drops of Thyme Extract should be added to 3 gallon waterers and 12 drops should

Chickens will need 30% of their diet in the form of dry food, 50% animal protein in the
form of worms and 20% plant (grass and permaculture plants). Although they will
probably roam and find worms and bugs in the garden, do not count this as part of the
protein requirement in their diet.
Example Class #12: Antiparasite Herb Diet for Animals in a South Florida
Permaculture Garden
God has selected six very important antiparasite herbs for the permaculture garden

The parasite problem on Earth (and the Home Worlds) is so serious, animals will need
the antiparasite properties in these very powerful (yet gentle) herbs plus Thyme Extract
added to their water. In a slide show I’ve assembled called “Parasites as a cause of
disease and what to do about it,” slide 43 explains that archaeologists have found
evidence of parasites in predynastic Egyptian mummies more than 5,200 years old.

Advanced races interested in eradicating parasite should develop sound energy devices
that can kill worms. In the late 1990s, Dr. Hulda Clark (1928-2009) used a sonication
device (an inexpensive jewelry cleaner from Bed, Bath and Beyond) to kill parasites in
20 minutes. The device (from Conair) pulses 40 KHz of sound energy into a 20 ounce
tank of water designed to hold jewelry on tiny plastic racks. In 2005, a group of Iranian
scientists used a larger sonication device from a company called Branson (a 64 ounce
tank that received 42 KHz of sound energy) to kill nematodes in 12 minutes. See Study

The Future: Walmart Animals
From a nutrition point-of-view, eggs and dairy are the most efficient sources of protein.
Eggs contain 90% usable protein and dairy contains 75% (meat, poultry and fish contain

Walmart is in a position to help consumers raise the very best animals that produce
eggs and dairy. Shrimp farms are also planned for the future due to their value as a
source of Vitamin B12 (and the massive amount of parasite infection in Asian fish
farms).
Walmart could sell baby chicks, baby goats and shrimp farm equipment. Future classes
could also include how to make goat cheese and goat-milk soap.
