We are in need of seasonal help during the hatching season of
exotic poultry. Employees will need to gather the eggs, build
nesting boxes, sanitize the incubators, hatcher, barns and pens.
Operate incubators/hatcher, adjust temperature, humidity and
handle the eggs. During November to December employees will
handle and care for the young chicks. During January and early
February employees will need to separate, sex and prepare birds
for shipping. Employees will need to drive semi-trucks to haul the
birds to shipping locations. After birds are shipped employees will
need to sanitize the pens and barns for the next season. Requires
a CDL or equivalent or must be able to obtain one within 30 days
of hire. Require a high school diploma or GED and 3 months’
experience. The employer, John Ingalls, LLC from Titonka, IA will
pay the adverse effect wage rate of $12.17/hr. The employer
guarantees ¾ of the workdays in the work contract. The work

The Adult Literacy Coordinator position requires a
Bachelor’s degree in education or a closely related field

adults or teens. The Adult Literacy Assistant position
requires graduation from high school or completion of
an equivalent high school education program, and
experience recruiting/coordinating volunteers. Bi-lingual
(English and Spanish) desired. Wage range for the
Coordinator is $18-$27 per hour and wage range for the
Assistant is $14-$21 per hour, depending on
