Our prices hold for 30 days from date of written quotation. 4. The order form signed by the customer is legally binding. 5. Customer complaints are to be notified before the start of the event. 6. A cancellation of the contract by the customer is only possible up to 14 days before the start of the event. After that the full rental fee will be charged. 7. Missing or damaged material will be charged according to the replacement costs. 8. Our general terms of delivery and payment apply to this order.
