For your own safety, it is strictly forbidden and extremely dangerous to burn incense and similar products in your cabin. It is also
prohibited to use any heating devices such as flat irons, water heaters, etc. This is due to the fire hazard they represent. Do not lean over
or sit on the railings and barriers on the outer decks, staircases and atriums. Hold onto handrail when walking in staircases. Keep control
of children at all times. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the Hot Tubs and should be accompanied by an adult in the
swimming pool and when on open/outer decks. Please enjoy yourselves, however; be safety conscious at all times. We strongly
encourage everyone to practice frequent hand washing when using restrooms and use the ship’s hand sanitizers especially before and
after meals. Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Star Cruises will not be liable for any lost items.
Express Check-Out
To avoid long queues and inconvenience during account settlement, complete the Express Check-out form available at the Reception
Counter located on Deck 7, midship. Please bring along your Credit Card and completed form to the Reception. Express Check-Out Form
will not be accepted on the last day of the cruise.
Lost and Found Kids
For your children’s safety, any lost / unattended child found in public areas will be taken to the Reception automatically. If parents
cannot be located, your child will be taken to the Child Care Centre and registered as “Lost”. After a grace period of 30 minutes at the
Centre and if the parents still fail to appear normal Child Care Centre rates will be charge.
No Smoking Policy
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of our restaurants or indoor public areas including lifts. Smoking is only permitted in our
bars and the open decks. Please do not smoke where there is a No Smoking sign.
