Task definition On the pre-insulated flexible bonded pipe DN 50 (63/126) the following properties are to be tested: - Thermal conductivity - Foam density - Ratio of open to closed-cells - Water absorption The tests are to be carried out in accordance with EN 15632 and EN 253. 2. Test object - Pre-insulated flexible bonded pipe: DN 50, (63/126), L = 4 m - Typ: CALPEX-Cyclopentan-PUR - Manufacturing: 26.04.2010 - Delivery of the sample to IMA GmbH: 03.05. 2010 - Storage of the sample material before the test: Room climate 3. Testing procedure and results - PUR-foam investigations 3.1 Foam density For the determination of the foam density, the test specimens were taken from the pipe, distributed over the circumference.
