Business Hours
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do understand however that
your business doesn’t always fall in that time frame, therefore, our message center records after hours or weekend calls. Those calls are returned the next business day.
After Hours Film Drop
As we mentioned above, since your business may extend to after hours we have conveniently located a film drop
to the east of the front entrance.
Communications
Be sure to complete your order envelope with clear, concise instructions. Most errors made in the lab are due to
a lack of communication between the customer and the lab. If you have any questions give us a call at 800-8888274, locally 405-232-6441, our fax 405-232-4325, or email us [email protected] we’ll be happy to help.

Order Status
When checking the status of an order it is essential that you provide us with the order number. If you have any
changes contact us as soon as possible. Changes regarding additional prints can be made provided the order
hasn’t printed or been shipped.
Normal Service
Normal delivery times are listed in service descriptions. The number of days refers to in lab workdays, Monday
through Friday. Holidays or weekends are not considered workdays. Every effort is made to complete your order
within the service time frame. Extremely large orders or ones that require additional services such as retouching
may take longer than the posted service time. During peak seasons some services may have temporary delays
due to volume, but be assured that every effort is made to return finished work as soon as possible with the
quality you’ve come to expect from us.
Rush Service
Rush service must have prior approval. Same day 200%, Next day 100%, Two day 50% extra charges apply.
Minimum charge $12.00.
Open Accounts
Statements are mailed on the first workdays of each month. Customers with open accounts are entitled to a 2%
discount if your previous month’s balance is paid in full by the 10th of the month (or the next Monday if the 10th
falls on a weekend).
Accounts not paid in full by the 20th of the month (or the next Monday if the 20th falls on a weekend) will be
assessed a finance charge for the previous months balance.
If payment of the previous month’s balance is not received by the last day of the month your account will be
placed on COD until the entire balance is paid in full.
Credit Card
As a convenience to our customers we will invoice orders to your MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express
account. Credit card accounts do not qualify for the 2% discount.

Cash with Order Accounts
If you prefer to enclose payment with your order, we suggest that you accurately determine the cost of the services
and enclose a check or money order. Orders underestimated by more than $10.00 may be shipped COD. Over
payment will be credited to your account against future orders, or refunded to you upon request.
Make Overs
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If a remake is necessary we require the following:

The original prints and negatives

The order must be returned within 30 days of invoicing
Clear instructions provided as to what corrections need to be made
If the above directions are not followed the customer will be charged for the order.
Orders within lab standards do not qualify for remakes at no charge. Original orders received without guide proofs
for color matching do not qualify for remakes at no charge. If a partial or full charge is assessed to your remake
order, a letter of explanation will be included.
Printed Scan Services
We reserve the right to refuse any photograph or customer produced scanned image submitted for scanning and/
or digital print imaging, which may be in violation of copyright laws. True Color will not reproduce any copyrighted image without a signed and validated release from the original photographer.
Limit of Liability
Submitting any film, print, negative, slide, or digital file to this firm for processing, printing, or other handling
constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents will only entitle
you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the
acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the film, print, negative or slide, is without other warranty
or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Digital Proof Books
Digital Proof Books are printed on Kodak E surface paper on sheets of 8.5 x 11 or 14 x 11. Specify 4, 6, 9, or 12
images per page, with black, gray, or white backgrounds. All images are identified with their file name beneath the
printed image. An optional cover sheet with one image and the individual name and photographer credit may be
included. All books are spiral bound with a clear acetate cover sheet and black backing.

Event Packages
Pick a Pack
Pick a Packs are inexpensive first run package prints from roll film and digital files. Exposures are individually
analyzed for density and color balance. All prints are produced on Kodak E surface paper. Print quality may not
meet the standards of our more expensive line of package prints, but are excellent for events such as Proms, Day
Care Schools, Santa sittings, and sports. We also carry a wide variety of Taprell Loomis folders for Memory Mates,
Prom packages and Sports packages.
To get the best results possible keep your exposures consistent. Set your camera and subject placement at the
same distance, do not use uneven outdoor lighting, move your lights, or change camera settings once shooting
begins.
Film Customers:
Assign and list actual number of prints needed for each image in the space provided on the Pick a Pack Order
Form. To receive the best pricing order Trading Cards, Magazine Covers and Buttons at the same time as pick-apack. Each exposure must be indentified with actual number of prints ordered or “no print”. If all exposure are not
accounted for, there is a $5.00 charge to rewrite the Pick a Pack form.

Magazine Covers — $3.93
Choose from 21 sports/activities. Each 8x10 accommodates a large image area for the individual
along with vibrant graphics. Add the individual’s name and photo credit to top it off.
Digital Memory Mates — $3.86
Each 8x10 print includes a 3x5 of the individual, and a 5x7 of the team/group. Colorful graphics
depicting the sport/activity are in the background. Text nodes for the team and individual are also
provided. Choose from 21 sports/activities.
Laminated Bag Tags — $5.00
Laminated Bag Tags are great for tagging sports bags or backpacks. A picture of the individual is on
one side, and the personal information is on the other. Choose from 20 styles. Tags are set in a
laminated pouch with a loop for attaching to the bag.
Statuettes — 7" - $17.62 — 10" - $18.85
Statuettes are made from a 5x7 or 8x10 print. The print is adhered to a sheet of plexiglass and the
subject is then cut out via laser. Comes with a plexiglass base these statuettes are great for sports,
kids, or even your favorite pet! Actual size is determined by the subject size within the print. Allow
one week delivery time.
Magnets / Keychains — $9.95
These items are made from a 4x5 print. The print is adhered to a sheet of plexiglass and the subject
cut out via laser. A magnet, or keychain is then added to finish the product out. Allow one week
delivery time.
Buttons — $1.75
Always popular, our buttons are made from 4x5 prints. A 3" diameter section is die cut from the
photograph, it is then placed between acetate and metal backing and sealed together via pressure.

25 Styles to choose from Trading Cards come printed 8 to a sheet. Each overall card size is 2.5x3.5".
Front side includes the individual image and name. The back side includes a thumbnail image and

single sided, and front and back for double sided. Double sided cards are put together by the lab
for your convenience.

Color Yearbook Wallets
Yearbook wallets are senior prints for yearbook reproduction. Negative will be printed as masked for $0.45 each,
with a minimum order of 2 wallets.
Personalized Wallets
Personalized wallets are great to add to your senior package. Three type styles are available and up to three lines
may be used. An order form must accompany the negative and may be ordered through Customer Service. White
type $2.25 per image, colored type $5.00.
Studio Logos
A Studio Logo on your Packaged and Senior Print wallets can give you a custom look and a competitive edge.
True Color can produce a studio logo from artwork you supply, or we can set it for you in a variety of type styles.
A master set of your overlays is kept on file when you wish to add your logo, mark your order envelope for studio
logo. There is no per use fee for this service. Studio Logos are a one time $50.00 set up fee.

As the largest TAP dealer in Oklahoma, we stock a wide variety of TAP’s most popular albums, proof books,
memory mates, photo mounts, and folios for immediate shipping. Catalog items not on hand have a 2-week

Finishing Services
Embossed Texture
Embossed texture is a surface indentation on the print. A texture plate is applied on the face of the
photograph under intense pressure thereby embedding the texture into the photograph. These
textures are available: Pebble, Canvas & Linen.
Artboard Mount
Artboard prints are cold mounted on pressure-sensitive double weight artboard. This is an ideal
mounting surface for prints that are to be framed.
Brush Texture
Water based brush texture material resembles an oil painting with visible, raised brush strokes. For
this texture we require prints be mounted.
Bevel Mount
Available in metallic gold, metallic silver and black lacquer, these boards are five piles thick and
beveled at a 40-degree angle to increase the effect of the color edge and enhance the appearance of
your presentation.
Foam Core Mount
3/16" Black dense polystyrene foal core. Ideal for prints to be framed.
