enraptured by the beauty of Kashmir. It was in this valley that Buddhism reached the zenith
of glory, being the melting pot of a multifaceted, unique and harmonious cultural blend.
Authentic Kashmiri & North Indian Cuisine
With several year of experience overseas this is an honest endeavor to bring to you authentic
Kashmiri and North Indian food. Kashmiri food uses plenty of dry spices with most dishes
cooked without onions and tomatoes. Our food is always cooked fresh, in house, without the
use of any MSG or colours and cooked the original way!
It’s our mission to bring real Kashmiri cuisine and the warm hospitality of the Kashmir Valley
to London, which you won’t find anywhere else in London. As a little taster of what to expect...
Once seated, you’ll ceremoniously wash your hands at the table in true Kashmiri style in
an ornate vessel called Tashtri. The menu includes tempting dishes to suit all palates. Chef
Razdan and his wife are available to help you choose if necessary. The dishes are then cooked
to order, using fresh ingredients and a combination of aromatic spices and herbs - creating
delicious flavours you won’t find for thousands of miles.
