letter to doctors regarding legal settlement prohibiting
Dear Doctor, The United States District Court in Los Angeles clarified all the issues regarding the trademark use of the trade names Cell Guard and AOX/PLX. A former partner, an accountant, sued under trademark law (those words that go ON the bottle) to obtain the rights to the letters CellGuard and after fifteen years of litigation a compromise agreement was reached whereby the accountant and his agents agree NOT to use ANY research done to develop the products you may have known as Cell Guard or AOX/PLX. This ruling makes the letters useless but the accountant, under trademark law, is allowed to use the letters on his bottle. If anyone but me provides you with research on the products formerly called Cell Guard of AOX/PLX, they do so in violation of the court order. I will gladly send you a copy of that agreement at your request. I will fax it to you if you provide me with your fax number. Sincerely Jim Fahey
