Lawrenceville City Hall located at 70 South Clayton
Street Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046, until 3:00 P.M. on
Friday, May 6, 2011. At that
time the sealed bids will be
opened in the Mayor’s Office

contract for the resurfacing
of a portion of the municipal
street system of the CITY OF
LAWRENCEVILLE. Proposals will be reviewed by the
Director of Utilities and will

Work to Be Done: The
work to be performed by the
General Contractor consists
of but is not limited to the

least five percent (5%) of

The Surety of the Bid Bond
shall be a surety company
authorized to do business in
the State of Georgia, shall be
listed in the Department of
the Treasury Circular 570,
and shall have an underwriting limitation in excess of
100% of the bid amount.
Checks of any type shall not
be acceptable as a bid bond.
Time and Payment: The
contract shall be a series of
projects/streets to be milled,
patched, and resurfaced
throughout 2011 and ending
on or before December 31,
2011. Each project/street
shall be completed within
hundred twenty (120) days
of the date stated on the
Notice to Proceed. Payment
shall be made for work successfully and satisfactorily
