With Kaba exos you can personalize badges in a number of ways. One example is
individual printing of data or images. The system also offers safe and efficient encoding
for various badge technologies. This enables creation of multifunctional badges for all
requirements, reliably, simply and individually due to the wide range of available options.

Kaba exos features a number of options for badge personalization. For example personal data can be printed on the badge –
in addition to the person’s name, function and number, a photo
or signature can also be included. The badge layout is freely
selectable on both sides, and you can also have your logo
printed on the badges.
Increased security with images of persons
With these printed images it is possible to identify persons with
access authorization more quickly – and detect unauthorized
persons more efficiently. Kaba exos also ensures that the
design of badges of specific groups of persons is identical. For
example you can easily differentiate between your own
employees, visitors and suppliers and workers. Badges with
personal images can therefore be recommended as an
additional, practical security feature.

for production. All worksteps can be automated to a great
extent, which minimizes the work involved.
Encode safely
Kaba exos supports a number of contact and contactless media
and codes. These include LEGIC®, Mifare® and Hitag®.
Encoding for various badge technologies is possible –
efficiently, reliably and safely. Combination badges can also be
produced – if employees have to use readers supplied by different manufacturers at different locations, they only require one
single badge.

Efficient production
With Kaba exos personalization and encoding of your badges is
not only convenient, but also fast and reliable. To this purpose
the staff data and images are taken directly from the staff master data – without having to re-enter the data separately.
Furthermore badge data recording is decentralized, also at different locations. Badge production itself can be centralized,
for example at company headquarters. In this case the
