Under section 71(1A) of the Act and in accordance with the Agreement or the Extension Agreement (as the case requires): (a) a Toll Administration Fee of $11.84 is payable when a Request for Payment is sent to an Addressee; and (b) a Toll Administration Fee of $23.38 is payable when a Further Request for Payment is sent to an Addressee.
