The Dorelan headboard range includes three models, available in three standard sizes that can be combined to any of the Dorelan wooden bed frames, except Basic and Level.
Dorelan suggests to choose a headboard size suitable to the bed frame size for a proportional and functional bed system.
The maximum headboard width is 125 cm.

VALIDITY OF THE GUARANTEE
To initiate the returns process (COMMERCIAL REPLACEMENT – REPLACEMENT UNDER GUARANTEE) you must fill in the
returns request form on page 289 of this catalogue and send it to Dorelan and attach the pictures of the product defect.
Please note that all fields on the form below must be completed:
• Business name of the retailer
• Name of the provate customer
• Product name (please indicate dimensions in cm, version and features),
• Date of manufacture (printed on the product label) and examine the state of hygiene of the product,
• Cause of the claim
The necessity of filling in and send the return form should not be seen as an impediment to the service provided or to the customer care service. The mandatory form and the return procedures are essential to provide a quick and quality service as
well as to please the customers.
Before returning the product subject to the claim you must obtain a return authorization by the company B&T S.p.A.
For a quick and efficient return service (credit note, replacement of goods / repair under guarantee, etc.), you must follow the
return procedures and instructions below.
The return will be approved by B&T S.p.A within 1 or 2 working days, except for incomplete return request forms or when the
necessary requirements are not met.
Once a return authorization is obtained, the retailer must collect the product from the customer house and meet the collection/delivery times of the product subject of the claim as arranged with B&T S.p.A.
IMPORTANT
The product to be returned must be packed adequately to prevent further damages during transport.
In particular:
• the packaging must cover the entire surface of the product with no areas left uncovered: it must be adequate to protect
the contents from damage during transit.
• For small products do not use plastic and/or paper bags as packaging, but use cartons that protect the returned product
from tears and/or bumps/scratches/stains,
• Do not use staples as these can scratch or tear off the returned product.
The Company reserves the right to check the product subject to the claim to determine the cause of the defect and if necessary
to:
• proceed with the process as requested and agreed, if the defect corresponds to the description provided by the point of sale,
• demand the reimbursement of costs if the defect does not correspond or partly corresponds to the description provided by
the point of sale,
• reject the returned product if this does not have the defect or results in poor hygienic conditions.
Any product returned without the final authorization by B&T S.p.A. will be rejected.

If B&T S.p.A. authorizes the return, I commit myself to return the item subject to the claim in good hygienic conditions and packaged securely
to prevent further damage that might occur during transport.

Order variations: any variations to orders must be sent to B&T S.p.A.'s sales department as soon as possible (see contact details above). In case of order variations made
by B&T S.p.A., these will be made known in advance and agreed with the customer.
Delivery: unless an unpredictable event of force majeure occurs, products are delivered, on average, within 10-15 days from order date. For 'urgent' deliveries, the Customer may contact the sales department (phone number +39 0543 1917400) to define
different delivery terms. If a request of urgent delivery is made only by fax or e-mail
(fax number +39 0543 1917420, e-mail address [email protected]), the Export Department will process the order according to the delivery destination, and send it with the
first avaiable delivery.
Payments: in case of delays in payment, charges of interests of 5% will be applied.
This price list cancels and supersedes any previous price lists.
B&T S.p.A. reserves the right to make any changes to its product and company organisation necessary. The prices are retail prices expressed in Euro, excluding VAT.
MATTRESSES
• All spring mattresses are produced using the Box System technology.
• Spring mattresses with a lower thickness can be produced only for models Top and
Master.
• Core shaped mattresses: the company will apply Extra Size prices increased by 10%
for latex and Myform products and by 25% for the spring products (only with prior authorisation of the company. Not available for products with removable cover).
• Mattresses with two wool sides or two cotton sides may be supplied without any extra
charge.
• The prices of standard size bed frames include the cost of the legs.
Prices may be subject to variation due to market reasons or printing errors. In case of
price changes, the new correct prices shall be communicated when the order will be
confirmed.
