The Woodward Ranch is one of the few remaining Nevada ranches that have remained family owned for

Pass Creek Canyon, one of the most spectacular

80 deeded acres with vested water rights to the
hot spring. A pipeline from a water righted spring

Some of the unique features of this historic ranch, in addition to the higher elevation, Pass Creek 936
acre portion, are that all the deeded ground is surrounded by BLM land and there is no other private land
between the ranch and the Pine Forest Mountains. This area has been classified as a number 1 chukar
area as per the Nevada Department of Wildlife. Hunters from all over the Country have been guests at
Woodward Ranch. There is excellent trout fishing in the area lakes and streams, mule deer and the Pine
Forest range is home to California big horn sheep.
Woodward Ranch remains a classic Nevada cattle ranch and still retains the valuable water rights,
private grazing rights, location, views and has a balance of pristine high elevation Pine Forest Mountain
