A recent four-year audit of our HPG by sales, by HPG auditors, revealed that we owed them no additional money (in fact, they owed us $75 over a 4-year term). You can rest assured that we’ll charge you the right thing. •IDS is a state of Tennessee Certified Drug-Free Workplace. •We train ALL of our installers, and all people who would have reason to be in a healthcare facility, of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy. •We utilize a network of strong dealerships around the country to perform local work for us in your area. Thus, if you’ve been working with a firm in your community for years, odds are you would still work with them, on the installation, for product purchased from IDS. •You can feel comfortable that the person you work with at IDS when you start a project will be there to see the project through. For example, they may have a project from us about to go into production that’s not needed for four months. However, we may have an urgent need for something needed in one month.
