Xpressfill Bottle Fillers
A Bottle Filling System that’s Accurate and Affordable.
Level Fillers are for the Artisans who wish to fill their bottles to the height they choose, regardless of bottle
variations. The Level Fillers are designed with a sensor control which shuts off the fill at the desired height.
Simply se the fill level you want for your bottle by adjusting the shelf to the desired height, then place your
bottle on the shelf. When the bottle is placed on the shelf, it will trigger the snap switch, which starts the fill.
The fill will be shut off when the sensor detects the liquid hitting the correct level in the bottle.
Level Fillers are most popular in industries requiring their bottles to be filled to consistent levels even when
volumes may vary more than 3%. Level Fillers are ideal for the Wine Industry and many other Industries in
which hand blown bottles are often used. Hand blown and other speciality bottles typically have slight
variations in bottle wall thicknesses, punt size, diameter of the bottle and neck height, amongst other
inconsistencies. The level of liquid to fill each bottle is easily set by moving the adjustable tray to the proper
height. The fill level is controlled by a sensor which guides the machine to fill each bottle to the same level.
Additionally, the Artisan has the choice of filling one or more bottles at a time, making the process easy for
one person to handle.
Please Note: Each bottle filler is built to order in our suppliers factory in USA. Lead times vary but are
usually from one day up to two weeks plus delivery. Please plan accordingly. We do our best to keep our lead

CONDIUR® Fine Hole Sheets
The two types of CONDIUR Pierced Sheets differ in their
hole shapes. The fine hole sheets have rather triangular to
semi-elliptical openings. The slotted hole sheets have
oblong openings offering a larger open area than with fine
hole sheets. The scale-like rough surface of the fine hole
sheets may be smoothed by light, medium or heavy rolling.

This will change the hole shape slightly but not its strong
conical shape. Grinding of the surface will further smooth

Gullco—Plate Bevelling KBM 18 & KBM 28
With adjustable bevelling head to produce bevel angles 22-½0, through 550.
Bevelling produced by a rotary shear type cutter ideal for bevelling mild
steel. Stainless steel and aluminium plates from 8-50mm thick with
maximum bevel width 28mm (KBM 28) or 6.0—38.1mm thick with a
maximum bevel width 18mm (KBM 18), both at standard bevel angle 300.
Machine supplied with a medium tooth cutter, specific to the size of the unit,
angle bevel pins for 22.50, 300, 37.50, 450 and 550 bevels. All bevel angles are
obtained by titling the adjustable cutter head assembly on its base frame.
Machine complete with a 3hp, 3 phase motor and is mounted on the Gullco
exclusive self-aligning, spring loaded caster wheel assembly for
self-propelled operation. Manufactured in Canada.
