Our dairy sleeve wrappers can be manufactured with single or twin side entry
in both left and right hand configurations. At YPS we have a purpose-built
demonstration facility, which allows us to show you the full capabilities of our
machines. It also gives you the opportunity to see the shrink wrapper, the shrink film
and your product working together.

YPS SS 140
Our most popular machine, the 140 is known for its
flexibility, because most pack collations can be achieved on
this machine. The 140, has the ability to produce various
rows, including odd rows, which cannot be produced on
machines with twin lane infeed systems. This makes this
machine very popular with dairies that need to wrap lots of
different bottle sizes and pack collations.
The changeovers are quick and easy with change-parts
used, rather than slide ways and adjustments, which make
the setting of this machine simple and user friendly.
Speeds achieved on this machine are approximately 12 to
14 packs per minute, depending on the complexity of the
collation and number of bottles counted in.

YPS’s unique removable sealing head assembly.
YPS SS-200
The 200 is quicker than our 140 shrink wrapper. This machine takes bottles into the collation area on a twin lane infeed
conveyor. This allows the pushing mechanism to drive the packs through the sleeve wrapper with a single push. The machine
has many features that allow maximum throughput, the most important being a triple chamber tunnel, which allows the packs
to travel through the machine much quicker.
The YPS 200 can be supplied with our diverter system, which would reroute your bottles from your single track filling line onto
our twin lane infeed conveyor.
Our triple heater box and extended shrink tunnel, high flow pneumatics’, twin lane infeed system diverter and other unique
features, will ensure that speeds of up to 20 packs per minute are possible (depending on product stability).

speed in-feed conveyor, which has been shown to increase
