Im such a bread lover, i was provided with this great
opportunity to review P28 High Protein Bread, P28 High
Protein Bagel and P28 High Protein Flat Bread. I never
had protein bread before in fact i never even heard of
protein bread i was so excited to try it the first one i had
was P28 bread its 100% natural 100% whole wheat,
cholesterol free, omega 3's, 28 grams of protein per 2
slices the taste is incredible i actually taste the wheat and
as shown in pictures above the thickness of the bread is
awesome usually i would have 2 sandwich for lunch but
with P28 i only need was one sandwich thats great for me
to cut down on calories and cut down on my big appetite.
My sandwich taste so much better with p28 bread it adds
that extra taste of naturalness and adds that extra boost
of flavor its way better than any regular breads. I love any
kind of bagels toasted in the toaster so i had P28 bagel
toasted and as shown in the pictures above my bagels
came out awesome the color is very toasty golden and the
taste is so good! unlike other bagels i had before that
when i toasted them it gets extremely hard to eat but P28
bagel doesn't get hard the texture is just all so right i
added honey butter spread to it and i enjoyed every bite
of it the bagels are a good source of fiber, contains omega
3's, all natural 100%. I love cooking with flat breads and
P28 flat bread is very divine the texture is very soft i
heated up in the microwave, cooked it on stove and for at
least 4 minutes i cooked in oven i topped it with butter
and garlic powder to make garlic bread and it came out so
delicious the flat bread has 7 grams of whole grains per
servings. cholesterol free, 8 essential amino acids. I
absolutely love the fact that the breads are healthy and
has so much protein for my diet. Im very pleased to
