products and material.
The REACH process is part of our integrated management system,
Products supplied by ABB Switzerland Low Voltage Products fulfil the REACH requirements.
Due to contíníous improvement of product and material, detailed component list and substances
of used materials are generally not made available to the market.
The general REACH declaration (appendix) has been issued, in line with the current ABB

Appendix: "Ðeclaration regarding the REACH - Regulation"
The EU REACH Regulation (RL 1907/2006 EG) demands registration, evaluation, authorisation
and restriction of chemical substances (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of
Chemicals).
REACH requests the registration of all substances according to the general applicable
regulations where emissions from the product are intended (under normal and reasonably
predictable conditions when in use).
We, ABB Switzerland LTD Low Voltage Products, supply electrotechnical products without any
of the substances or preparations for the purpose of such regulation.
As "downstream user" in terms of this regulation we give great attention to the substances and
preparations used in our products and ensure they are registered according the REACH
regulation, if applícable.
