DAY 1 UK/Rijeka Fly to Rijeka, where
you will transfer to Rabac and the Narcis
Hotel. Picturesque Rabac has plenty of
shops, bars and restaurants lining the
town’s pretty harbour, which is just a
short stroll away.
DAY 2 Labin/Opatija Join our morning
included tour of Labin, a medieval town
known for its Venetian architecture.
This afternoon, you may choose to join
our optional excursion to the delightful
resort of Opatija, with its grand coastal
promenade.
DAY 3 Plitvice Lakes Today’s optional
full-day excursion is to Croatia’s Plitvice
National Park, where 16 lakes form
impressive, cascading waterfalls.
DAY 4 Istrian Discovery Spend today
exploring Rabac or relaxing on the beach.
Alternatively, join our full-day Istrian
Peninsula excursion. First stop is Pula,
home to a Roman amphitheatre, then
it’s on to the charming town of Rovinj.
View the magnificent basilica at Porec,
and enjoy a stop at a village trattoria to
sample local Istrian delicacies.
DAY 5 Island cruise and barbecue Our
optional full-day boat trip takes you to
the island of Cres, where you can swim in
the crystal-clear waters before enjoying a
delicious barbecue lunch.
DAY 6 Venice Board a high-speed
catamaran (the crossing takes
approximately two-and-a-half hours)
to Venice for today’s optional full-day
excursion. See St Mark’s Square and
the Rialto Bridge as you explore this
incredible Italian city.
DAY 7 Postojna Caves and Lipica Stud
Farm (Slovenia) Spend today at leisure,
or join our full-day excursion to Slovenia
and the magical Postojna Caves. You’ll
also visit the world-famous Lipica Stud
Farm, where Lipizzaner stallions are bred.
DAY 8 Rijeka/UK Transfer to Rijeka for
your flight back to the UK.

Your hotels You will stay at the 4-star
Narcis Hotel, a short walk from the centre
of Rabac and overlooking a white pebble
beach. The hotel features air conditioning,
lifts, outdoor swimming pools, an indoor
pool (low season only) and gym. Meals
are buffet-style and dinner includes a
glass of local wine, beer or a soft drink.
From May to September you may choose
to eat á la carte in the Ancora restaurant
or grill/pizzeria bar. You will be issued a
voucher (an additional charge may be
payable locally). All bedrooms have en
suite facilities and TV. Your front-facing
room with balcony will have a view of the

Day 1 UK/Dubrovnik Depart on your
scheduled flight to Dubrovnik today. On
arrival, you will transfer to the harbour
where you will board MS Dionis, your
home for the next seven nights. This
afternoon and evening are free for you to
spend at leisure in beautiful Dubrovnik,
which is a delight to explore on foot. Stroll
through its maze of narrow streets to the
old town and admire the views out to sea
from the ancient ramparts. Take a wander
along the famous Stradun (promenade) to
Day 2 Dubrovnik After breakfast today
enjoy free time to explore Dubrovnik
further at your own pace. Alternatively,
you may choose to join our full-day

neighbouring country of Montenegro.
With a stunning coastline studded by
beautiful towns, Montenegro is a real
gem. During the day you will visit the
picturesque town of Kotor, on wonderful
Kotor Bay, and also the attractive beaches
of the Budva Riviera, one of the most
beautiful areas of the Adriatic coast and
home to the walled old town of Budva.
Indulge in a spot of shopping, or take
a seat in a café-bar in the marina and

Day 3 Mljet National Park After
breakfast your cruise begins as your
ship sails to the island of Mljet. Almost
three-quarters of the island is covered
with the dense forest that once typified
the Mediterranean coast – admire
this lovely scenery while you enjoy
lunch on board. Early this afternoon
your ship arrives at the northern end
of the island, where Mljet National
Park is located. Go ashore and spend
the afternoon walking around the
two saltwater lakes here which are
surrounded by lush forest. You’ll have
the opportunity to rent a bicycle to see
more of the island or you could hire a
boat and explore the caves and rock
formations that surround the shores of
the lakes. Your ship will moor overnight
in Polaca or Pomena.

the small island of Scedro, where there
will be ample time to relax in the clear
waters that lap its beaches. With its
two protected bays and mild climate,
this historic island was once reserved
as pasture land for grazing and also for
growing crops. Enjoy lunch on board
your ship before setting sail for Hvar.
Make sure you are on deck as the ship
approaches the island, the views from
the sea are stunning. You’ll step ashore
in the main town, also called Hvar, one
of Croatia’s most fashionable resorts,
which is dominated by its Renaissance
cathedral. Enjoy time at leisure here – the
town has a good selection of bars and
restaurants which stay open late into the
night.
Day 5 Bol Leaving Hvar this morning,
MS Dionis sets sail for the island of Brac,
and the town of Bol. It is here you will
find Croatia’s most spectacular beach,
Zlatni Rat, a vast sandbar which juts out
into the clear-blue sea for almost half
a kilometer. You can laze on the golden
sand or, if you are feeling energetic,
why not take the two-hour walk to the
top of Vidova Gora, the highest point
on the island. You will be rewarded with
spectacular views of the picturesque
Adriatic coastline. Your ship overnights in
Bol, where dinner is served on board this
evening.
Day 6 Korcula Enjoy breakfast as your
ship sets sail for the island of Korcula,
reputed to be the birthplace of famous
adventurer Marco Polo. You’ll arrive in the
walled town of Korcula after lunch, where
you will have free time to make your own
discoveries. Enjoy a stroll around its maze
of narrow streets, which are watched
over by the splendid St Mark’s Cathedral,
before finding a café-bar and sampling a
glass of the locally produced wine. Sunlovers may choose to find a spot on one
of the island’s many lovely beaches and
take a dip in the crystal-clear waters. This
evening, enjoy dinner in one of Korcula’s
many restaurants.
Day 7 Elafiti Islands Early this
morning your journey continues as you
sail towards the Elafiti islands, west
of Dubrovnik. Incredibly popular with
tourists, just three of the islands are
inhabited – Kolocep, Lopud and Šipan,
which is the largest of the islands and
where your ship docks overnight. During
the day, enjoy a visit to one of the
smaller islands where you can relax in
the sunshine on deck or swim in the clear,
calm waters before lunch is served. This
evening is the final night of your holiday,
and you are invited to the ‘Captain’s
dinner’ on board, where you can bid
the crew and your sailing companions
farewell.
Day 8 Dubrovnik/UK After breakfast
you will disembark MS Dionis and transfer
to Dubrovnik airport for your flight back
to the UK.
Please note: Passengers will need to
ascend and descend steps when moving
between decks.
Your ship MS Dionis has been
constructed in the style of a traditional
sailing ship but boasts modern facilities
including a bar, small dining area and
seating on the open deck. Exclusively
chartered for Travelsphere guests, the
cabins are simple and comfortable with
air-conditioning as well as en suite
facilities. A small vessel with just 18 cabins
and five crew members, there is a cosy

transfer to MS President and set sail for
Trogir, a small and lively medieval town
boasting a castle and many fine historic
buildings. Dock in Trogir tonight.
DAY 2 Krka National Park Cruise
along the Krka River towards the Krka
Waterfalls where over 800 species of
plant and 200 species of bird make their
home. Entrance to Krka National Park is
included and your Local Guide will ensure
you see all its highlights. Join an optional
excursion to the prestigious Bibich
Winery, where you will enjoy a tasting
and a tapas-style lunch. Dock at Zlarin, an
island of pine trees, beaches and tranquil
coves. Dine on board this evening.
DAY 3 Hvar Sail past ancient olive
groves, lush vineyards and fragrant
lavender fields as the ship approaches
the island of Hvar. You’ll step ashore in
the main town, also called Hvar, one of
Croatia’s most fashionable resorts.

DAY 4 Korcula Set sail for the island of
Korcula. Korcula Town is a walled city
with a maze of narrow streets, watched
over by the splendid St Mark’s Cathedral.
DAY 5 Makarska Riviera Sail to the
Makarska Riviera. Spend the afternoon
swimming and soaking up the sun on one
of the lovely white pebble beaches. Dine
on board this evening.
DAY 6 Brac Cruise to Bol, on the island
of Brac, where you will find Croatia’s
most spectacular beach, Zlatni Rat. Enjoy
dinner on board tonight. Brac is home
to the highest peak of all the Adriatic
Islands, Vidova Gora.
DAYS 7-8 Split Head back to Split,
stopping at one of the many bays en
route to enjoy a swim. Enjoy lunch on
board before arrival in Split. Join an
optional tour with a Local Guide. Fly back
to the UK on day 8.

and begin a three-night stay in your
hotel on the beautiful Lapad Bay on the
edge of the town. Known as the ‘Pearl of
the Adriatic’ our included tour takes in
Dubrovnik’s Franciscan monastery, the
former Rector’s Palace – now a museum –
and the 17th century cathedral.

cruise to the beautiful Elafiti Islands will

Montenegro and the medieval city of
Kotor, where you can enjoy splendid
views over the Boka Mountains. Journey
further along the stunning coastline to
your hotel in Becici, where you will stay
for the next four nights. During your stay
we include a walking tour of Becici and
nearby Budva, taking in superb beaches,
medieval ramparts and a labyrinth of
narrow streets.
Spend a day at leisure in Becici, or join
your Local Guide for our full-day optional
cruise on the picturesque Skadar Lake.
Day 8 Dubrovnik/UK Transfer to
