Thank you
The show can’t start without you! High-quality exhibitors like you make AAHA’s conferences
successful year after year. Your ongoing support allows us to continue in our mission to enhance the
abilities of veterinarians by providing world-class continuing education and award-winning publications.
We immensely value your business, and hope to see you in 2017 and beyond!

meet your fans
66%
of attendees are either veterinarians
or practice managers—not including
guests or exhibitor personnel
AAHA is proud to be a member of
the American Veterinary Exhibitors
Association (AVEA).
Our members spoke (well, cheered), and we listened. That’s why we’re
returning to Nashville for our 2017 yearly conference. AAHA Nashville 2014
was one of our most successful conferences yet, with over 2,500 top veterinary
professionals in attendance. We are elated to be returning, and hope that
you’ll join us for an encore in the music city. Our devoted fans are the most
elite in the industry, and meeting face to face is the best way to create a lasting
relationship. Turn up the volume for your fans with a preshow mailing list, and
step into the spotlight with a banner or kiosk. Break areas, a photo booth, and
AAHA Central events will draw in a crowd—what happens next is up to you!
So strap on your boots, book your tour bus, and tune up your guitar, because
AAHA Nashville 2017 is going to be our largest and loudest yet!

Music City Center
One of the most recognizable structures in downtown Nashville,
Music City Center strikes a chord with attendees and exhibitors alike.
The Exhibit Hall boasts 350,000 square feet of virtually columnfree space, as well as utility boxes every 30 feet to provide water,
compressed air, and telecommunication equipment. Copious
terraces provide stunning views of downtown Nashville. Inside, the
center is adorned with over 100 pieces of public art, ranging from
paintings to mosaics to light works.
Hello, Nashville!
Nashville was named “Where to go in 2015” by AFAR and Budget
Travel magazines. And with 50 percent of the U.S. population
living within 600 miles of the city, packing in a crowd is no
problem! This growing cultural center offers something for
everyone—from the foodie to the music aficionado to the sports
fanatic—while still hanging on to its honky-tonk roots.

The Exhibit Hall Passport encourages attendees to tour the Exhibit
Hall. After visiting with a minimum of five exhibitors in each aisle, they
will be entered into a drawing to be held at the end of the conference.
Prizes await those who visit our exhibitors, including a $3,000 grand
prize, one $1,000 first prize, and two $500 second prizes.
Exhibit Hall Happy Hour
Our Thursday evening Exhibit Hall Happy Hour is always a crowdpleaser! Located in the Exhibit Hall from 6:00–7:00 p.m., this casual
