CAMPRULES&REQUIREMENTS
1. Treatotherswithkindnessandrespectandonlyuseappropriatelanguageandgestures.
AllCampersareexpectedtomaintainapositiveattitudethroughoutthecamp.
2. Drugs,alcoholicbeveragesandcigarettesarestrictlyforbiddenandconstitute,along
withgeneralmisconduct,groundsforimmediatedismissalfromcampwithoutrefundor
credit.
3. AparentorchaperoneisrequiredtostaywithminorsparticipatingintheCampwhen
theCampisnotinsession.
4. Appropriatedressisrequiredatalltimes(i.e.golfshirts,golfshoes,etc.).Pleasenotank
tops,teeshirts,jeanshorts,orshortshorts.
5. Studentsmustobserveproperetiquettewhileonthegolfcourse(i.e.filldivots,replace
divotmarks,observecartrules,etc.).Badlanguageandclubthrowingwillnotbe
tolerated
6. Respectpersonalpropertyofothersanddonottakeoruseanythingthatdoesnot
belongtoyou.
7. Allcamperswillbesupervisedbyastaffmemberandmustnotifythestaffiftheyneed
todeviatefromthescheduleforanyreason.
8. Cellphonesarepermittedatcamp,butcampersmustabidebytherulesrelativeto
theirdailyusage.Cellphonesarestrictlyprohibitedduringinstructionandcourseplay.If
acamperisseenusingacellphonewhenusageisprohibited,itwillbeconfiscatedand
returnedattheendoftheday.

PAYMENT
TheCampTuitionbalancesaredueasfollows:
A$200depositwasdueuponregistrationandtheremainingbalanceoftuitionisautomatically
chargedonMay15thtotheauthorizedcreditcard.AllregistrantsafterMay15tharerequiredto
payinfullatthetimeofregistration.
YouwillnotreceiveanotherinvoiceornoticefromPGAJuniorGolfCamps.
*Anycampfeesstilloutstandingonthestartdateofyourcamp,oranydamagesand/or
expensesincurredbythecamperduringtheirstayatcamp,willbechargedtothecreditcard
onfile.
CANCELLATIONSandREFUNDS
Camperswhowishtocancelwithintwoweeks(10businessdays)oftheprogramsession,will
beissuedarefundlessthe$50registrationandprocessingfee.
Forcamperswhohaveappliedtoaprogrambutcannotattendanddonotqualifyforarefund
asstatedabove,acampcreditwillbeissued.Thecampcreditmaybeusedtoselectan
alternativePGAJuniorGolfCampprogramsession,subjecttoavailabilityandaccordingtothe
followingterms:
1. Campcreditsaretransferableonlytofamilymembers.
2. Noticeoftransfermustbesubmittedinwritingbyemailto
[email protected](742-7529).
3. Noproratedcreditswillbeissuedforpartialattendanceataprogramsessionormissed
daysduetoillness,dismissal,behavioralissues,oranyotherreason.
4. Thealternativeprogramsessionrequestmustberedeemedbytheconclusionofthe
2016summerprogramsessions;otherwiseallamountswillbeappliedtoacampcredit
less$50forthe2017season.
5. Intheeventthealternativeprogramsessionismoreexpensivethanthesessions
originallypaidfor,thecamper(s)guardianshallpaythedifferenceinprogramfees.
PGAJuniorGolfCampsreservestherighttocancelaclassasaresultofinsufficient
registration.Inthiscase,analternativesessionmaybeselectedorafullrefundwillbe
provided.Intheinstanceofinclementweather,wewillmakeeveryefforttodetermine
whetherornottocancelclassinadvancesopleasecheckyouremail.Inmostcases,drizzleor
lightraindoesnotconstituteacaseforcancellation.Studentsshouldpackraingearintheir
bagsforeachsession.AnysessionscancelledduetoinclementweatherorotherwisebyPGA
JuniorGolfCampswillbemadeupatadayandtimespecifiedbyPGAJuniorGolfCamps.
Camperwaivesanyandalldamagesthatmayotherwiseariseoutofanycampcancellationand
agreestoacceptasliquidateddamagestherefundofsaidcamptuitionfees.
