PREMIUM SUMMARY – DEVIATION
To apply deviation,
enter a negative
value (-10) in the box
labelled Deviation
Percentage. To
Surcharge a positive
value is used (10).
Do not use
decimal places
or the percentage
symbol (%).

PRODUCING A PDF DOCUMENT
The quote must be
finalized in order to
produce a PDF document.
On the Premium Summary
screen, you will find a
Finalize Quote button.
Click to lock in all
information (no further
changes can be made)
and produce a quote PDF.
If the Finalize Quote button
is missing, it is likely due to
a Referral being triggered.
Click Finalize Quote
to produce a
PDF document

Actions, click
View Policy Details

Attachments, you will
notice the word Quote
and a paperclip. Click
to open the PDF.
Note: Binder PDFs

HOW TO VERSION (copy) A QUOTE
The quote must be finalized in
order to create a new version.
To create a new version, open
the quote by either:
1. From the Policy Dashboard,
select Recently Accessed.
2. From Search, enter the
quote number.

USING POLICY DASHBOARD
Under Recently
Accessed, click
insured’s name.
This will lead you
to the Client
Information Page.
Select insured
USING SEARCH
Enter the insured’s
name or quote
number.
Select the
insured’s name.
This will lead you
to the Client
Information Page.
Select insured
CLIENT INFORMATION PAGE
Under All Policies
and Quotes, click
the insured’s name.
This will take you
to the Client
Information Page.
Select double
page icon
After clicking the
double page icon,
the system has
generated a 2nd line
under All Policies
and Quotes.
Click SME to
open and modify
Version #2.
Select SME to
open and modify
Version #2
You have clicked on SME
& opened Version #2.
Identify that you are
modifying Version #2 by
confirming the quote
number (02).
-02 identifies Version #2
– copying successful
All fields modifiable

Your quote must be
finalized in order to
bind the quote.
Go to the Premium
Summary screen.
Click Proceed to Bind.
Click to begin
the bind process

Click Bind to complete

Binding is complete.
Policy number has
been generated.

EBI is automatically selected.
Remove the EBI Spoilage if your
client has no exposure.

Enter a value of $1 to continue.

AGE OF BUILDING UPDATES

A building under 35 years old
(1978), requires no updates.
If updates have been
completed prior to 1993,
a referral will be triggered.
Since the building age is
acceptable without updates,
bypass the referral by leaving
the updates blank.

(at the bottom of the screen)
to see if your client meets
our risk qualifiers.

– a pop up box with
risk qualifiers appears.
If the area under
Operation is blank,
there are no risk
qualifiers.
