Looking for a chance to get to know fellow church
members of all ages better, spend quality time with
your family, and reflect on God’s work in your life?
Join WPC for this intergenerational retreat with
some time for fellowship, fun, quiet, play, and
study, as we explore the idea, “Church Is Here
Where We Are.”
Weekend Highlights
Friday Evening \\ Gathering time and bingo
on Friday night \\ Mixer and campfire with s’mores
(weather permitting)
*Saturday Morning \\ Intergenerational
program (with breakout groups for different ages
and childcare for age 4 and under)
Saturday Afternoon \\ Free time for hiking,
rock hopping, paddle boating, napping, or
exploring Black Mountain
Staying at Montreat
There are various options available for lodging.
Assembly Inn has single, double, and triple
occupancy rooms. Cribs for infants and air mattresses
are complimentary. Linens and room cleaning are
provided. You MUST sign up for the food plan if you
stay at Assembly Inn (see registration form).

Private homes at Montreat are also available for
rent. You might choose to go together with a few
people/families to rent a home for the weekend.

Glen Rock Inn is a lodge owned and operated by
Montreat that is walking distance to Assembly Inn.
There are 12 rooms (linens provided) with shared
bathrooms. There is a kitchen facility, but we
recommend getting the Assembly Inn meal plan.
Glen Rock rooms will be distributed on first-registered
basis. Cost $105 for room (varying bed sizes)
