Prices start from ￡1500 . A deposit of ￡600 is required along with a signed booking form and terms to secure your booking.

* Please ask during booking if you require the Plus or Pro packages. The Plus package includes one of our approved DJ’s and upgraded sound & lighting.
For larger events and larger venues we recommend the PRO Package; Enhanced CWJB show with additional production team including event coordinator, sound & lighting technicians, DJ, fully upgraded PA, staging, lighting, graphics, cameras & screens all tailored exclusively for your special event.
+ Prices are dependent on location. Additional fees will apply if our total travel time exceeds 4hrs.

BOOKING CLOCKWORK JUKEBOX - THE HOW’S, WHY’S, AND WHEN’S..
Payment Details
Deposits must be sent via BACS (once we have confirmed our availability). Please use your surname and the date of your event as reference. Terms and booking form
should be signed and emailed back. Once deposit and terms have been received, your event confirmation will be emailed to you. Please let us know when you have
made any payments so it can be cross referenced. We do not hold a date until both the deposit and signed booking form and terms have been returned to us. The
balance should be paid via BACS (bank details found on booking form) no later than 15 working days before your event or in cash on the night. We do not except
cheques.
Additional Fees
Our standard booking fees include up to 2hrs (approx. 90miles) of travelling from our furthest point (BH25). Additional fees will be calculated after this depending on
the address of your venue. If it is further than 2hrs travelling then accommodation fees may also be added. If setup times are required outside of our standard
schedule, this would also incur an additional fee. This will be discussed during booking and agreed before taking a deposit. Accommodation fees will be taken in
advance along with the standard deposit.
The Equipment
All necessary sound and lighting equipment is supplied. This is sufficient for a medium sized venue or marquee holding around 100 – 120 guests. For larger venues we
would suggest our PLUS or PRO packages.
Party Playlists
Party playlists or party music is provided by Clockwork Jukebox as part of our standard service. These are “tried and tested – ever requested” playlists full of modern
classics. Spotify/Deezer via iPad hooked up to our system. If you have your own playlists please bring your fully charged iPad, iPod or Smart phone with you and we
can hook it up to our system. Access to your player/phone to skip songs will not be possible while hooked up to our system. Please ensure your device is set to flight
mode, all songs are “CLEAN” and not “Explicit” versions and no songs from our setlist are included in your playlists! Alternatively email any requests here no later
than 30 days before your event using your name, venue, and event date as the email subject.
First Dances
If a first dance is required they are generally played via iPad/iPod through our system, and the first live set will be performed immediately after (unless agreed
otherwise). Occasionally CWJB will perform the first dance, but this is quite rare, as couples tend to like to hear "their song" the way they know it. Please discuss
during booking.
