2e jour: Antalya / Phaselis / Adrasan
Navigation matinale vers Phaselis, cité antique qui
durant plusieurs siècles, posséda le port le plus
important de la région ouest de Lycie. Découverte
des vestiges des différents édifices: le théâtre, les
trois agoras, la fameuse porte Hadrien, ou encore les
thermes romains et l’église byzantine. Baignade dans
le port militaire historique. Déjeuner à bord dans la
baie. Navigation vers Adrasan (2h environ). Baignade.
Dîner et nuit à bord.
3e jour: Adrasan / Finike / Arykanda / Kekova
Navigation au lever du soleil pour le port de Finike
(3h environ). Visite du magnifique site d’Arykanda:
l’agora, le stade, les thermes et l’acropole. Cap sur
l’île de Kekova (3h environ), très belle rade offrant
l’étonnant spectacle d’une ville antique engloutie.
Baignade. Visite du village de pêcheurs de Kalekoy,
ancienne ville lycienne connue sous le nom de
Simena. Découverte de la nécropole lycienne, que la
mer a commencé à engloutir ainsi que du village
dominé par le château byzantin, construit sur
l’emplacement d’une acropole grecque et qui abrite
encore un petit théâtre. Déjeuner dans le village.
Dîner et nuit à bord.
4e jour: Kekova / Demre / Gökkaya
Navigation au-dessus de la ville engloutie de Simena
(1h environ). Baignade puis déjeuner. Dans l’aprèsmidi, visite de l’église de Saint-Nicolas de Demre, du
théâtre romain antique et des tombeaux rupestres de
Myra. Navigation vers Gökkaya (1h environ).
Baignade dans cette belle crique qui abrite plusieurs
îlots. Repas et nuit à bord.

Cap pour la magnifi que baie de Tersane (1h environ).
Mouillage et baignade. Longue navigation vers la
ville pittoresque de Kas (3h environ). Promenade

la baie de Bayandir Koyu. Repas et nuit à bord.
6e jour: Kas / Aperlai / Ucagzi
Navigation pour Aperlai (1h30 environ). Déjeuner,
baignade puis cap sur Ucagzi (30 min environ).

Visite du petit village de pêcheurs d’Ucagzi. Repas et

(Gulf, M.E., Africa, etc...) you should apply for your
visa in your country of residence. We will provide
you with the documents needed by embassises.

our destinations. These packages include travel cost of the parents and their
children aged up to 12 years. We categorize them as follows:
Small family = parents + 1 child less than 12 years in one room/bungalow
Standard family = parents + 2 children less than 12 years in one room/bungalow
Medium family = parents + 3 children less than 12 years in two rooms/bungalows
Large family = parents + 4 children less than 12 years in two rooms/bungalows

MODIFICATION OF BOOKINGS
CANCELLATION FEES
• A booking is considered done when a deposit is paid. This
deposit varies according to countries and hotels/resorts:
- 3 & 4 stars hotels: $400 per person.
- 5 stars hotels & all Holiday Villages: $600 per person.
• Settlement when receiving ticket or voucher.
• A photocopy of the passport is needed at time of booking.
Once a booking is done, it is immediately processed by us in
order to ensure that the services requested are properly
done. Any modification done by the guests will result by the
cancellation and the rebooking of these services. Therefore a
fee of $35 per person will be charged for any modification.
Any booking modified more than twice is considered
cancelled and cancellation fees will apply. Modifications
should be done in writing and sent by mail to our following
e-mail address: [email protected] or remitted by hand
to our counter staff, otherwise we cannot be held
responsible for non and/or wrong execution. No modification
is accepted within the last 20 days prior to departure.
3 & 4 stars hotels:
$300 per person up to 21 days prior to travel.
$400 per person between 21 and 14 days prior to travel.
100% charge if cancellation occurs within the last 7 days
before the departure.

To avoid paying cancellation fees in case of a serious
reason that obliges you to cancel your booking, we
recommend you to protect yourself by subscribing our
"Cancellation Insurance" designed for us by
"Mideast". It applies in the following situations:
• Sickness, major car accident or death of the person
traveling, his spouse or any of their ascendants,
descendants, brothers or sisters.
• In case of complications in connection with
pregnancy.
• In case of convocation before a court (provided that
convocation is notified after the booking).
• In case of loss of passport.
• In case of a major fire on a property belonging to
the insured.
Cost is only $10 per person (adult/child - not
refundable). We strongly recommend to apply for it.
Following documents are needed when presenting a
claim:
• In case of sickness, a medical report should be
done by a doctor recommended by us. Should
report confirm incapacity to travel, doctor’s fees
would be paid by us. Otherwise, it will have to be
charged on client’s invoice and be part of the total
cost of the trip booked.
• In case of major car accident, appropriate
documents should be provided together with
expert’s report, photos of the car and certification of
client’s ownership.
• In case of death, a death certificate should be
provided.
• In case of passport loss, a copy of the official
complaint presented to the authorities should be
provided.
• In case of major fire on premises, appropriate
documents should be provided together with photos
as well as proofs of ownerships or rental.
IMPORTANT
This insurance applies in case of airport closure on
departure day. It does not apply for political/security
reasons or in case of visa rejection even if formality
presented by us.
It does not cover guests over 75 years old.
It only applies to guests residing in Lebanon.
Should the reason of cancellation not be within the
ones listed here-after, no refund will be done and you
will be requested to complete payment as per your
original booking, even if not traveling.
In case of sinister that happens to one member of a
party or of a group, friends or parents of this member
do not benefit from this travel cancellation insurance
for the reasons that apply to him.
In case of loss of passport (Indemnity is limited to
$1000).

6 AND 9 MONTHS FREE CREDIT
OUR CREDIT FACILITIES ARE EASY, ATTRACTIVE AND NON COSTY. PROCEDURE IS THE FOLLOWING:
A-On booking:
- You pay 25% of the total amount of the tour, cruise
or package that you book together with airport
taxes, insurances, visas and file fees
- You fill a travel loan application form (available at
our office) and remit it to us
B- When credit is approved:
Once credit is approved, you will be contacted by the
bank to sign the 6 or 9 installments
First one will have to be paid one month later and the
rest will follow every month
Important:
Once credit is approved, guests have a maximum of
10 days to sign the installments otherwise, the whole
formality is cancelled
Notes:
1- In some cases, credit may be rejected. In this case,
guests are requested to complete down payments
according to our “Booking conditions” within 3
days from notification & settle balance in cash at
time of receiving travel documents (cheques will
not be accepted). Rejection may come at any time
within the 2 weeks following submission of credit
application.
2- A file fee will have to be paid to cover cost of this
facility (paper work, designated staff, control
formalities, insurances, bank charges, stamps,
etc…). This fee depends on the amount of the loan:
These “6 and 9 months free credit” are valid only for
Lebanese citizens residing in Lebanon and having a
steady job.
Credit formality should be started at time of booking.
