Unlimited access to use facilities during open practice on tracks open to the general public. All
track rules still apply.
Racing & Special Events will require additional fees. No other discounts or promotions will be
honored. Unlimited MX Pass benefits extend only to member. Family & friends will be required
to pay any applicable fees.
Contract Duration and Automatic Renewal: Contract is in force for 12 months from the Contract Start Date,
with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either or Piru Ranch MX with
notification of 30 days in advance of the next billing date. Cancellation request must be in email and sent
to info@ info@mx-­‐126.com
Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: agrees to pay Piru Ranch MX monthly recurring fees as follows:
Monthly Unlimited MX Pass for $70.00 via Client authorized automatic credit card or checking account
ACH charges. Payment in monthly increments by any means other than Client's credit card or ACH is not
permitted.
Please read and sign below.
(a) I agree to purchase the Monthly Unlimited MX Pass for $70.00, as an automatic charge to my credit
card, or automatic debit to my checking account each month for a contract period of 12 month and will
continue to be charge to my credit card or checking account each month on a month-to-month basis until
cancelled in writing by email.
(b) I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card, or an authorized signer on the bank checking
account detailed below.(c) I understand that I will be notified if my credit card or checking account
payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit

card or checking account ACH information within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date. ACH
charges that are returned due to insufficient funds will be will be subject to a $10 NSF fee.
(d) I understand that my park and membership privileges will be suspended until account is current.
(e) I understand if account becomes more than 30 calendar days late, contract will be cancelled and
member will be responsible for any additional past due amounts, late fees, and cancellation fee.
(f) I understand that I can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice in writing by email; however there will
be a One Hundred Dollar ($100) service charge at the time of cancellation if agreement is canceled prior to
one year commitment.
(g) I understand that the Annual Track Basic Membership is not included in the recurring monthly charge
and will not be required as long as Unlimited MX Pass is current.
(h) I understand that there will be NO REFUNDS due to weather, track conditions, injury or any other
reason.
(i) I understand the track will be changed from time to time and at certain times may not be available to all
riders at all times.
(k) I understand that Unlimited MX Pass requires valid email address and all notification of my account
will be sent to the email address on file including notifications of credit card expiration dates, failed
payments, and monthly receipts.
(l) I understand that all inquiries to my account will be sent to info@mx-­‐126.com and will take up to
24 hours for response.
