KEY WEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
COST: $475 per person based on
double occupancy. $710 Single.
PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit
of $100.00pp due by June 1, 2015 at
time of reservation. Final payment is
due by October 1, 2015.
CREDIT CARDS: Sorry due to the
nature of this tour, credit cards are not
accepted.
CANCELLATION,
CHANGES AND
REFUNDS: *Cancellation after deposit
received will be charged $100.00 per
person. Cancellation after final
payment is 100% of the total paid.
Should you fail to complete the tour
for any reason there will be no refund
for unused features. Cancellation
insurance is available and is strongly
advised. An additional charge may
apply for any alteration or revision you
make to your reservation after deposit
and final payment date. Cancellation
notice must be in writing by the
traveler. Deposits will be refunded
only if we do not reach a minimum of
40 passengers.
CANCELLATION: To protect yourself
against cancellation charges before
and during your trip, we offer travel
insurance as described below.
Coverage includes trip cancellation up
to the amount purchased. A doctors
statement will be required for
cancellation coverage. The program
WILL cover pre-existing conditions as
long as the insurance is purchased at
the time of your first deposit. All
terms & conditions are explained in
the policy and it is YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY
to
read
and
understand the coverage you are
purchasing. Other coverage desired
can be purchased on an individual
basis. Payment is non-refundable &
non-transferable.
ESCORT: Trip must have a minimum of
40 passengers.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Baggage
handling for one suitcase per person is
included, plus a carry-on bag.
NOT INCLUDED: Accommodations and
meals not stated in the itinerary,
beverages, laundry and all other items
of personal nature, optional tours,
customary gratuities to shipboard
personnel, local guides, etc. Increase
due to abnormal cost fluctuations
and/or circumstances beyond supplier
control.
EXTRA COST PROVISION: Weather or
mechanical reasons can occasionally
affect scheduled arrival or departure
of flights, motorcoaches, rail or cruise
transportation. If, due to weather or
other uncontrollable reasons, you are
required to spend an additional night,
enroute to or from your vacation
destination, you will be responsible for
your own hotel and meal costs. If
airline schedules change after original
air reservations, and would require an
overnight before and/or after your
trip, such expenses or subsequent
airfare changes are the responsibility
of the client. Since airfares and their
conditions are subject to change,
other charges may apply. Cost
increases due to abnormal cost or
currency fluctuations, tax and fee
increases and/or
circumstances
beyond supplier control may apply.
CHANGES TO ITINERARY: We reserve
the right to vary itineraries, suppliers,
vendors and substitute the best
alternate features available. In the
event of cancellation or alteration of
airline itineraries, All About You Travel
Unlimited, Inc. does not assume
responsibility. The cruise passenger
contract shall constitute the sole
contract between carriers and
purchasers of these tours.
DISABILITIES: All About You Travel
Unlimited, Inc. must be notified of any
health disability requiring special
attention.
SMOKING: Is not allowed on
motorcoaches or during group
functions. Air flights are usually nonsmoking.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
You
acknowledge and agree that the
liability of All About You Travel
Unlimited, Incorporated, 1240 US
Highway 1, Suite 6, Rockledge, FL
32955, 321-631-8080 and/or its
agents or co-operative co-sponsors of
its tours is strictly limited to that as
described herein. All About You Travel
Unlimited Incorporated shall not be
liable for any act, error, omission,
accident, damage, injury or loss
resulting from any cause related to
acts of third parties, including but not
limited to any extra costs or losses
resulting from any damage, expense
or inconvenience caused by delayed or
cancelled transportation services,
changes of schedule, strikes or other
conditions beyond the control of All
About You Travel Unlimited Inc. All
suppliers of services are independent
and All About You Travel Unlimited
Inc. neither owns nor operates any of
the suppliers of services. If any
tour/cruise must be withdrawn by All
About You Travel Unlimited Inc prior
to beginning travel date, All About You
Travel Unlimited Inc’s liability is
limited to a refund of monies received
by us, exclusive of insurance. If any
tour/cruise must be withdrawn due to
carrier default, All About You Travel
Unlimited Inc liability is limited to a
refund of monies, if any, that has not
yet been sent to the defaulting
supplier. All About You Travel
Unlimited Inc reserves the right not to
accept or retain as a tour passenger
any person whose condition or
general deportment impedes the
operation of the tour or affects the
rights, welfare or enjoyment of other
passengers.
