ostriches running on the dry river bed, what came as a total

returned to run after been
missing for years, who knows
which cruel spell of the shaman
apprentices had been cast?... And
something in his eyes shown that
he would no longer be scared of
anything or anyone.”

A MINI-EXPANSION FOR Banjooli Xeet
It is necessary that you play with the berry tokens to bring into
play Kanasu and you must include the Peepa’s (“Common”) berry, where the bewildered ostrich hides behind.
If an ostrich enters a space in which this Berry is, the player
replaces the Peepa’s (“Common”) berry by the ostrich token.
If this space is occupied by the ostrich that has picked up the
berry then place Kanasu in any adjacent space.
PRINT & PLAY
Kanasu has the same movement rules than the other ostriches,
but:
- It moves on all turns as many spaces as the white result in the
movement dices, being carried out by the player after playing
his own action (moving or spelling an ostrich).
- Kanasu cannot be “scared” (in fact, the token does not have
“scared” side) even in quicksand spaces, in which it simply stops
its movement.

PRINT & PLAY
- When Kanasu enters a space with a berry token on it, it does
not reveal it.
If Kanasu crosses the finishing line, it is placed on the
podium, but no player will receive points for that position. Also, if Kanasu is in the last place when the
race finishes, no player may multiply their score.
