Widely recognized as the world’s most
acclaimed and most prolific narrator of
audiobooks, George Guidall has recorded close to 900 unabridged novels,
bringing a consistent artistry to his
readings and delighting listeners for
over 20 years. His narrations of classics like Crime
and Punishment, Frankenstein, and The Iliad, along
with best sellers like Snow
Falling on Cedars, have
set a standard for excellence recognized
throughout the audiobook industry. His
recordings have garnered uniformly
excellent reviews from Audiofile, Kliatt,
Library Journal, Publisher’s Weekly,
The New York Times, and a variety of
national newspapers and magazines.
Guidall twice received the coveted
Audie Award—the industry equivalent to
an Oscar—for best unabridged narration
of a novel for his recording of John Irving’s A Widow for One Year, and for his
rendition of Wally Lamb’s I Know This
Much Is True.
Along with his award-winning work
as a narrator, Guidall has also enjoyed a forty-year career in the theatre, including starring roles on
Broadway in such plays as Chapter
Two, Café Crown, Alone Together, and
Cold Storage. He has received an Obie
award for best performance OffBroadway, and has shared the stage at
the New York Shakespeare Festival with
Kevin Kline, Morgan Freeman, Meryl
Streep, and Tracy Ullman. In addition to
TV dramas such as Law & Order, he has
appeared on many daytime TV series.

Don’t miss this performance of
traditional songs and instrumental selections from Ireland, Scotland and Wales by Irish fiddler,
Cady Finlayson and popular
Welsh fiddler Jodee James.
Cady Finlayson has performed her “spirited and
soulful” Irish fiddle music in 25 states and 3 countries, at venues ranging from the US Virgin Islands
to New York’s Carnegie Hall. She has released two
CDs, “Shines like Silver,” and “Harp & Shamrock,”
which have received airplay across the country. Music Dish states, “Cady Finlayson makes the world a
little more beautiful [with her music].”
Joining Cady is “America’s Welsh nightingale,” Jodee
James. Jodee is noted for her beautiful voice and
her delight in sharing Welsh culture and music with
American audiences. Music critic Jamie O’Brien of
the Irish Edition states, “a marvelous voice: one moment she has a child-like innocence, the next a powerful, aggressive sound. And all this is set against a
well-arranged instrumental background.”
