Customer 6 Allow move-out with future product change in CRM Improvement Request: D8058 In IS-U you can perform a move-out even if a product change is already planned after the move-out date for the corresponding contract. When that happens, the "future product changes" are canceled and correctly replicated to CRM. Why can’t this be done in CRM? Improvement: You are now allowed to end or cancel a contract in CRM, providing the contract has only future product changes from the move-out or cancel date onwards. The IR is implemented for both UTIL_IC and UTIL_SALES. As an example, the screen below only shows the contract end in UTIL_IC. Customer 7 CRM-Budget Billing PlansUnlock Items and Standing Budget Billing Amount Improvement Request: D8069 In CRM there is no functionality for changing budget billing plan amounts, it is only possible to change budget billing plans amounts in the future. In addition there is no CRM functionality to fix a dedicated amount as a standing budget billing amount. Improvement: It is now allowed to maintain for a budget billing plan standing amount data (e.g. standing budget billing amount, counter active and number for standing budget billing amounts) and unlock and change items of an existing budget billing plan. There should be a possibility to choose: • Address dependent data • Address independent data Improvement: On the identification screen it is still possible to display address-dependent communication and independent communication data fields. You can add these fields from the view configuration but only one entry is shown for each communication type. Customer 12 Time-Dependent vs Time-Independent Business Partner Relationships Improvement Request: D8088 This IR was meant to clarify the differences between Time-Dependent and Time-Independent Business Partner Relationships. It also explains how to enable time dependency for a particular relationship category. Improvement: A consulting note was released that explains the differences between Time-Dependent and TimeIndependent Business Partner Relationships. Moreover, some customizing steps are included to help the customers slightly modify the default behavior on the Web UI, if required. It does not influence the sorting of categories in the tree of the category modeler and also in other tree based visualizations of the category hierarchy. Customer 21 Replication of deletion flag for Technical Objects Improvement Request: D8117 The delete flag for technical objects (Connection Object, Premise, and Point of Delivery) must be replicated between CRM and ECC. Improvement: The delete flag for technical objects (Connection Object, Premise, and Point of Delivery) is replicated between CRM and ECC. By default, the delete flag is not displayed in the CRM Web UI, but it may be added to the UI configuration by enhancing the current configurations. Customer 22 Flexible Tool for Mass Product Change of CRM Utilities Contracts Improvement Request: D8122 If the sales department decides to set a new price for a certain product or to replace a product, the corresponding CRM utility contracts need to be changed. A mass product change may also be necessary for expiring contracts. Improvement: With IR D8122, you are now allowed to perform a mass product change using report ECRM_ISU_MASS_PRODUCT_CHANGE in CRM. Utilities configuration and pricings will be copied from a template contract. For further customer action, we provide a BAdI CRM_ISU_ORDER_ITEM_CONFIG. Customer 24 B2B: Open Master Contracts – add PoDs to an existing master contract Improvement Request: D8135 Open B2B-Master Contracts (means if the customer adds a new site it can receive the configuration and pricing of an already existing master contract which is already running for other PoDs) require the possibility to add new contracts or new positions to an already existing master contract. Improvement: Adding PoDs to an existing structured contract under a new master contract (i.e. new main item) was already supported. You are now also allowed to add PoDs to existing master contracts via the improved “Select Product for Label” popup. It describes how to avoid that users encounter unexpected timeout issues, lose sessions, or need to log on again. Status: • Delivered for SAP CRM >= CRM 7.0 via SAP KBA 1945312 If one of the application sessions times out or if the user logs off from the CRM Interaction Center WebClient, then the security session will be closed. Because of that, all other sessions that are linked to the same security sessions are closed as well. If users want to use one of the other sessions again, they will get an error message or are forced to log on again. Resolutions (for details see KBA) Use multisessioning in CRM Interaction Center, available with CRM 7.0 EHP 1 Implement SAP Note 2204431 if feasible for your product version.
