FOUQUET’S BRASSERIE
A new, so chic address: the opening of
a Fouquet’s brasserie in the heart of the
hotel. A timeless address, which offers
local specialities and delicious classic
French cuisine, in a menu developed in
collaboration with... Pierre Gagnaire!
It is a new and inventive take on gourmet
dining,
composed
of
brasserinomy
basics. It includes, for example the
mythical Merlan Colbert, or the heart of
beef fillet with black pepper flambéed
with Champs-Elysées cognac sauce. On
the sweet side, a local Kouign-Amann
with seasonal fruit will round off the meal
with a Breton note. Regional accents
are found in the dishes - and with good
reason! Brittany is the land of Pierre
Gagnaire’s heart - with Ile aux Moines
oysters, coastal fish the list goes on.
The menu respects the locality and
well-being: gluten-free or light dishes
are available to accompany the hotel’s

Préparez vos bagages
Bathrobes, towels and sandals supplied. The changing rooms are equipped with hair
dryers and scales. The changing rooms and hotel have a safe for your valuables. Bring a
sports outfit for access to the fitness area. For your comfort, we recommend bringing two
bathing suits.
Contra-indications to thalassotherapy
Absolute: very recent and/or non-stabilised cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complaints.
Some infectious diseases and oozing skin diseases.
Relative: some cancers, psychiatric problems, common immunodeficiencies.
The Centre’s doctors are at your service to provide medical advice.
Basic information

o reap the most benefit from your programme and be sure to choose the exact
treatments you want, we recommend booking approximately one month ahead.
♢ During your stay, our hostesses are ready to provide all the information you need to
ensure smooth progress of your treatment and make appointments for your ancillary
activities (physical activity, beauty treatments and routines, massage, etc.).
♢ Treatments are provided from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.30 to 6.30 p.m. They
are scheduled on alternate half days: in the morning one day, in the afternoon the next.
Closed on sunday afternoon.
♢ Treatments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
♢ A mandatory medical appointment is included in packages of 3 days and over. For
treatments not comprised in a package, it is strongly recommended. Otherwise, you
must present a medical certificate or sign a medical waiver on arrival.
♢ The facilities have access for persons with reduced mobility.
