Description
This plaster for manual application disposes of a quick setting time and is the ideal
solution for the subjection of rulers. It is indicated as bonding agent for bricks and
other building material for interior partitions, and for the subjection of electric

Recommended Directions of Use
For best results follow the following procedure.
Add plaster powder to the water until it covers the surface entirely. Then mix plaster
by hand to obtain a homogenous paste. (proportions water/plaster = 0.8-1).
Once mixed, allow plaster to rest for about 5-8 minutes and start to plaster.
The approximate workability will be between 15-20 minutes (depending on the
conditions of use).
Be careful not to add any kind of additives which could cause an alteration of the
setting time process and in order to guarantee the product's definite durability.
Be sure to clean tools and mixing equipment thoroughly prior to further batchmixing.
Facings must be free from dirt, salpetre, efflorescence or any material that will
prevent plaster adhesion.
Use clean and fresh potable water always at a temperature in excess of 5º C and
below 40º C.
Be sure to promote adequate ventilation for an optimal drying process.

The CONTROLLED PLASTER MILLÁN is a building plaster for manual application,
disposing of a slow setting time that is suitable as coating plaster for all interior
use on ceilings and walls and over all types of bases.

The joint compound for gypsum plasterboards comes as white powder on the basis
of plaster that is dispersed with water according to recommended instructions
mentioned below.
It is used as adhesive specially indicated for the assembly of laminated plasterboards
on adherent brickwalls. It is not indicated to treat joints of laminated plasterboards.

Base must have adequate adherence properties, must be dry and free from dust,
dirt or any material which will prevent adhesion.
Dump water into a clean job container and add the product to the water, then stir
energetically by hand or by a mechanical mixer in order to obtain a dense and
homogenous lump-free batch.
The approximate time of use is 60 minutes, once set, don't use paste anymore.
Apply joint compound on plaster pannels or base with a spatula or trowel to the
required thickness of approximately 20 mm at intervals of 35-40 cm.
Be sure to clean tools and mixing equipment thoroughly prior to further batch mixing.
Allow the treated joints to set and dry sufficiently (approximately 24 hours) prior
to wall sheeting because total adherence is only achieved after complete set.
Always maintain a working area temperature in excess of 5º C and below 40º C ,
prior to, during and after application.
