Information: The Courts have ordered the disposal of the assets of Prime Arts Ltd.
This is the Second Auction of Prime Arts Ltd and will be held (Timed with I-bidder.com) on the 12th November at the Prime Arts warehouse premises
at Atworth Wiltshire SN12 8SB.
This will include over 500,000 Prime Arts Prints and 100,000+ greetings cards plus the professional framing equipment and materials etc.
The first live Auction (with The Saleroom.com) on the 5th November is being held at MST Auction Rooms and includes all of the original works and the mounted prints, (some Limited
Edition) used in the production of the “Prime Arts Print Collection”. Artists include: Ciranna, Bradfield, Kramer, Rickman, Hudson, Willis, Philp & other important artists.

AUCTION BIDDING: BIDDING WILL END FROM 12:00 NOON ON WEDNESDAY 12 NOVEMBER 2014 – Lots will be offered at thirty second
intervals, and the ’10-minute’ rule will apply (see below). A buyer’s premium of 15% plus VAT will be charged on all lots. Any lots purchased on-line
via i-bidder.co.uk will be subject to an additional charge of 3% plus VAT on the hammer price for this service.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING: Access for bidding can be obtained from www.i-bidder.co.uk. Full bidder’s details including a valid email address
and credit or debit card details must be provided in order to bid. A deposit of £100 will be taken from the card registered with www.I-bidder.co.uk. If
you are unsuccessful, this will be automatically refunded in full at the end of the auction. If you wish to make payment by other means then please
notify the auction office and the deposit can then be refunded back on to your card, after cleared funds have been received. Each lot is bought and
sold as seen; no warranty is offered or implied. Viewing before bidding is recommended.
TEN MINUTE RULE: In the event of a bid being received within 10 minutes of the scheduled closing time, the bidding period on that lot will
automatically extend by a further 10 minutes and for a further 10 minutes for any bid received thereafter. When bidding do not forget to `Refresh`
your screen to ensure you are aware of current bids.

. PAYMENT: All payments must be received in full by 3:00pm, Friday 14 November 2014. No goods may be removed until they have been paid
for in full. Please note: we do not automatically take payment from the card registered with www.I-bidder.co.uk, however if payment has not been
received within the time specified, then we reserve the right to charge the full amount to that card. We recommend payment by Bank Transfer;
please contact the office for our bank details. We also take payment by credit or debit cards and by cash (to a maximum of £8,000).
There is a handling charge of 3% for payments made by credit card ie: MasterCard Credit and Visa Credit, and for all American Express cards,
which will be added to the total amount due. There is no charge for Debit cards. The successful buyers will receive notification and an invoice by
email within 24 hours of the sale.

IN COMPLETING THE BIDDER REGISTRATION AND BY SIGNING UP TO THIS AUCTION WITH YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS YOU
CONFIRM AND AGREE THAT:

You are authorized to provide these credit/debit card details to the auctioneer, and that you have sufficient funds to complete the
transaction, and you agree to pay any deposit required prior to auction.

Full and final payment must be made immediately upon receipt of invoice, (unless prior arrangement has been obtained from the
Auctioneers), together with any deposit that may be required on lots which can cause damage or leave a hole in the fabric of the building
after removal.
3.
All payments must be received in full by 3:00pm, Friday 14 November 2014. If payment is not received within this time period, we
reserve the right to charge the card registered with I-bidder.co.uk for the full amount outstanding.

ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS: The Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bids, and acceptance of all final bids is subject to approval by our client.
Your bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you are not sure, do not bid as we are unable to cancel your purchase.
INSURANCE OF LOTS: The goods are the risk of the Buyer immediately upon the fall of the hammer and buyers are strongly advised to effect
insurance at once, irrespective of whether title has passed. Title does not pass to the purchaser until payment has been received in full.
REMOVAL: ALL LOTS SHALL BE REMOVED AT THE PURCHASER`S EXPENSE AND RISK. Clearance (only after full cleared payment has

been received) can take place from Monday 17 November to Friday 21 November 2014, from 9am to 5pm, or by appointment with the
Auctioneers. There will be a forklift available on site.
CLEARANCE: Clearance of all lots must be undertaken in accordance with Health & Safety at Work Regulations and, where necessary,
Construction Design and Management Regulations 1994. MST Auctioneers Ltd reserve the right to stop clearance if in their opinion, they believe it
is being carried out in an unsafe manner or without the Method Statement and Risk Assessment.
Purchasers may be required to pay a deposit
on lots which may cause damage or leave a hole in the fabric of the building after removal. This deposit will be returned once the purchaser has
made good in a satisfactory manner.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to remove all lots from site. Where the Auctioneers or their agents gives assistance with the lifting and/or towing
within the Auction premises in connection with the collection of goods such assistance is given entirely at the Purchaser`s risk and they shall incur
no liability whether in contract or in tort in respect other than in respect of injury to persons arising from the negligence of the Vendor, Auctioneers or
their agent.
