tenere indenni le Società di ogni costo e o importo che essi o
ciascuno di essi dovesse essere richiesto di pagare a seguito

successori in diritto (siano essi minori o in altro modo

Practice and Races or other activity related to the TROFEO

myself, my heirs and successors in title (be they minor or
otherwise legally incapable) the right to any recourse or
claims whatsoever against the Companies, their officers,
employees, suppliers and/or sponsors and/or persons for
whom they are answerable as a result of death, injury (or
any bodily damage whatsoever) or of any kind of physical,
mental or other loss or damage of whatsoever nature
(including any loss of earnings or pain and suffering)
suffered by me, directly or indirectly, or by my family or by

loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the

assistono a vario titolo la Società con particolare riferimento
ad aspetti legali, tributari, previdenziali, contabili,
organizzativi; qualsiasi altro soggetto cui i dati dovranno
essere comunicati in base ad un'espressa disposizione di
