NEW MENU ITEMS!
Our newest Test Kitchen menu items are in the
restaurants! How about a fresh mix of spinach,
shaved red onions, sliced strawberries, feta
cheese and candied pecans, served with
a raspberry honey vinaigrette dressing? You
can also add a freshly grilled chicken breast.
Or, Indulge yourself with this cheesy pasta
covered with freshly chopped ham, crispy
bacon and green peas served with a slice
of garlic bread. This classic Alfredo sauced
pasta is the ultimate Niffer-licious dish! We
have also added Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes.
Get two Gulf Coast jumbo lump crab cake
sliders with 65% crab served on a slice of tomato and a side of our home made Mexicali
sauce. We are offering this as a dinner option

Burger Of the Month is the Portabella Burger!
A large dark brown mushroom, which is simply a fully mature Cremini, the Portabella
is packed with concentrated flavor. We
marinate these in a balsamic dressing, then
grill on our open flame grill. Place onto a 1/2
pound burger, cover with Feta cheese, shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato on the side.
This is a gourmet treat, if you love Portabellas
you are gonna love this!

Halloween is: Friday, October 31st. These
pictures are from last year at our lake store
where the Wizard of Oz was the theme. They
even had a yellow brick road! I wonder what
they will be doing this year?

We have covered our BIG DECK in Auburn
and wow it is so much cooler! We love to be
out doors, but somedays it was just too hot!
We haven’t had much rain since we covered
it, but seems to work great in a light rain too!
We continue to strive to make your dining
experiences great, so come on in and try the
deck at lunch, it is a pretty cool place to be!

CHARITY EVENTS AT THE NIFF!
WHAT...A CORNDOG CHASER?
Niffer’s will be happy to offer a
charity event for our local
charities! Our offer for fundraising opportunities is for
both lunch and dinner on
a given day to a specific
charity. We will give 10% as
a donation on all signed receipts
for the net amount of your ticket: that is less
tax and gratuity. Your charity needs to be a
501c3 approved charity, school or church.
We will gladly offer charity events in our Auburn store on Tuesdays, and in our Opelika
store on Mondays. This can be a fantastic
way to raise some money. Niffer’s has been
in the restaurant business since 1991 and
we’ve been involved in many charities and a
lot of charitable giving! We have made signing up for a Charity Event to be even easier!
