On February 13, 2015 FBCA will be hosting a Dinner, Dance, and Silent Auction at the
Sugar Land Marriott Town Square to benefit the Eagle Fund. We invite all school
families to get tickets or sponsor a table and attend. The money raised at this event
goes to extra, important needs of our school, such as new buses.
In preparation for the event, we are reaching out to our school families with several
requests that will make this Dinner, Dance, and Silent Auction a real success.

Underwriting Opportunities
To help provide guidance on items that do really well at silent auctions, we have
assigned categories to each grade and encourage you to find something to donate in
that category. HOWEVER, if you have a business or can better provide an item in
another category, please feel free to do so. These categories are just ideas, so if you
can add something to help us build on the package that would be great.
If you are planning to sit with friends or are looking for a way to sponsor this event,
sponsoring a table may be the way to go. There are premier table locations and your
family or company will be recognized on the website and the night of the event.
Underwriting spots are going quickly, but there are still a few available to choose
from. If you agree to underwrite by December 19, we will include your company logo
or family name on the back of the invitation in appreciation of your generous support
for our event and the school.
On the following pages, we have provided opportunities for your family or business.
