The Kiekens Dustmaster DM1200 range
The Kiekens Dustmaster DM1200 range is designed to extract (fine) dusts quickly
and effectively. By applying the Kiekens K-range modular outline, the Kiekens
Dustmaster DM1200 range can be used in a wide range of applications. For
instance as a stationary filter unit, connected to a centralized dedusting system or
as a mobile filter unit for dedusting at the source. For this purpose the optional
Kiekens extraction arm can be applied. The over-sized 5.8 m² pocket filter
guarantees preservation of capacity during a longer period of time so that
operation can be maintained without impeding intermissions. During operation the
extent of filter contamination can be controlled by means of the manometer, which
is mounted in a standard way, in order to determine when the filter has to be
cleaned. The filter can be cleaned simply by hand by means of the ergonomic
wisely placed shaking device crank. The filtered dust is collected in a wheeled and
over-sized 120 litres dust container which can optionally be equipped with a dust
bag.
